My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Nice chain hotel. Very comfortable beds. We had a bath in the room which was a plus. Excellent breakfast. Full of choices, hot and cold. Little bar downstairs. Around 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Already have it booked for another visit in Belfast.

We arrived and checked in, the room was amazing, lovely walk in shower, comfy beds and tea and coffee. We asked room to be cleaned and was asked what exactly we wanted done as we could get clean towels from reception and refill our teas and coffees ourselves!! We got back to find the room had NOT been cleaned. Came down for breakfast second day and was told no hot food and when I asked why, was told the microwave was not working! Who microwaves egg and bacon and sausages cos I don’t! Customer service needs a lot of work and getting breakfast right is a must. We were not even offered a refund

As a regular PI user I was disappointed with 2 factors. The first was I felt an inconvenience to staff practically having to beg for there attention to be seen. Secondly, the breakfast was very poor. My wife avoided the stripey sausages, meaning they were brown and white striped, not cooked properly and the food was lukewarm/cold. Could just be a one off as normally a PI breakfast is lovely. Would I be back? Yes, everyone has a bad day……

We had a fantastic experience at the Premier Inn Belfast Alfred Street. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the receptionist who was not only friendly but also full of great banter! She went above and beyond, offering helpful advice on activities in and around Belfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection to choose from. The poached eggs were a little overcooked for my liking, but that’s just nit-picking – overall, the meal set us up nicely for the day. The only minor issue we encountered was that the room was too hot. The air conditioning controls didn’t allow us to cool the room ourselves without requesting assistance from reception. I’ve noticed this is common across all Premier Inns at this time of year, so it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. The friendly staff and comfortable environment made for an enjoyable experience.
