"The hotel is beautiful, with a sense of history, Titanic theme, service is not bad. It is suitable for taking pictures, even checkin male waiters, wearing a lot of Jack. There are many photos of the year in the building, and the manuscripts are very traversing, suitable for Titanic movies and history lovers! Recommend not far from the dot coffee, you can feel socialism when you enterprising, you must pay, and add color to the Chinese. The disadvantage is: because of the historical building, the bath water is small, the room is not big."
"The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??"
"The Hilton in Belfast is ideally situated by St George’s market and easy walking distance to the Cathedral area and shops. Also close to the Riverside walk. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of choice and it was a nice area to eat in. I would definitely recommend staying there."

"The hotel is in the city centre, with daytime shopping and evening bar access; a single authentic English breakfast; the front desk is eager to help solve the ticket problem"
"Well located in Cathedral Quarter, lots of bars and restaurants around and only 5 mins walk to the city center, service can improve a bit at reception"
"The hotel itself was really nice. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me was the fact I'd booked an adjoining room. It did not make for a peaceful night's sleep."
"Traveled there especially for a very exclusive event and also stayed overnight. Castle hotel with a view of the water. Art in the park. Pool and wellness. Arrival from Belfast city airport by train (towards Bangor). Only a few meters walk from the platform to the hotel."
"Everything's lovely! Really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, which made self-catering really easy. All the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely kept – you can tell the place is well looked after. Would happily stay again!"
"The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself."
"My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area."

Amazing
CChloe21Lovely place! Rooms so clean and staff are so friendly. Went to the green room restaurant upstairs and although a bit more expensive the food is quality! Breakfast was busy but well organised. Would stay here again.
AAnonymous UserRight off the bat, I was impressed by the friendly greeting I received from the hotel staff. They allowed me to store my suitcase as I was a bit early and they even upgraded my room! Everything was clean and the food I ordered from the bar was quite good. The location of the hotel is great for anyone looking to be in the center of the city as you can walk to most things. It was a two minute walk to the Europa Bus Centre which is very convenient for getting to/from either of the airports. Highly recommend this hotel!
GGracie3Great location, very near Grand Central.Easy transport from the train and to the airport.
Helpful and friendly staff. efficient too.
Comfortable bed. Nice shower with good water pressure.Overall lovely stay.
GGuest UserThe good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings.
The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.
JjamesHotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.
SShrutiiiThe hotel was very close to the city centre. The room was smaller than expected however comfortable enough for two people, i like that the reception was available 24hrs and the pool table was fun, the people at the reception were also very welcoming and friendly
GGuest UserThe room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful.
The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them.
The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

AAlpha Male xThe room was clean and spacious however there was no touletries not wven the small ones even the toilet roll was such a cheap quality. Full marks for the location. Great for short stay!!
NNKAYGreat hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety.
GGuest UserApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
