I had an exceptional dining experience at the hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The waiters were incredibly sweet, polite, and humble, making our meal even more enjoyable. Their outstanding hospitality truly made our stay special.

We had been to Cinnamon ( Poolside bar n restaurant ) and very happy with their variety of food n drinks. Would love to mention one of ther staff member from Cinnamon, Mr. Abrar, very efficient and ever smiling will greet n serve you like a pro. Definitely we would love to visit this property again N again.

EEFA is a well located, fairly old property in Belgaum. Had recently travelled with family and had directly booked a 2-bedroom for a night with them. The hotel itself has a sprawling lobby, sufficient space for car parking and a good restaurant. Staff were polite and check-in was quick. Breakfast is served early and is a decent spread. However, when we entered the 2-bedroom allocated to us, it had a strong smell. The smell was constant and clearly was coming from cooked food. Initially we ignored it but it wouldn't go away. I called up the reception and their only solution was to send the staff with a room freshener! We did identify the source of the smell/stench. The duct from the kitchen passed via the room and there were duct doors in both bedrooms. Only after I raised an issue, the staff allotted two individual rooms to us. Unfortunately the rooms were not fully readied. Used chips packets was lying there and there were no towels etc. I would strongly recommend travellers not to book the 2-bedroom option at the EEFA. It was very disappointing that the staff were NOT upfront and warn us of the issues in the 2-bedroom option at the time of booking/check-in.

This used to be a fabulous hotel. The owner is a great old *** of belgavi ! He is now maybe losing touch or most likely being let down by his staff. I have stayed here for many trips and have had been to belgavi while translating to my native place twice in the last month. There have been multiple issues that were faced : 1. The rooms are I’ll equipped as they are large without proper planning, 2. There is no soundproofing you will have the road as a room mate with you 3. The staff argues and has the audacity to tell you that the extra bed cover is only dirty and not the bed, 4. If you god forbid call them for extra bottles of water they will first tell you the price and then will send the bottle after 30 mins , 5. The bathrooms are tiny but they stink when you raise the issue we were informed that it was because the exhaust was on. 6. I had to change 3 rooms to get the Ac working Now the positive: The food is decent though if you want vegetarian please be prepared to wait for your order. The breakfast and the waiting staff was completely superlative, felt like a different hotel. They provide a pillow and blanket for the driver.

Located right in the midst of shopping area of belgaum, the shahpur area is hotel bluray. Stayed here for a night. Very convenient location and clean, spacious rooms. Above all what i appreciated was spotless, hygienically maintained washrooms, which is the most important thing. All in all a highly recommend destination.

Very nice cozy hotel with all modern amenities. Room ' bath room ' restaurant all are very cleaned Hygienic ' break fast buffet and lunch time thali which served in the traditional copper thali was superb ' over all enjoyed one week stay. Staffs are very courteous
