"In the decoration, the paint smell is very heavy, the room is small, there is no problem for a person to live, the downstairs is the pedestrian street. This is the advantage, the room card must be put, I will drop one, make up one for 10 euros. It is a bit black."

"It is a four-star old hotel, the appearance is very stylish, the location is very close to the Republic Square, the price is more than 300, the downstairs is very lively at night, just a few minutes to the airport bus 72, very close to the castle, there is a church next to it. . ?"
"The location is very good, very close to the bridge, below is the bus terminal and a market, there is a small sauna and a small swimming pool, breakfast is very rich, the restaurant on the top floor has a transparent roof, a very good view, and a handsome chef, perfect~~ Next time I take my family on a trip, I will still be the first choice, and Ctrip is much cheaper than booking~~"
"The location of this hotel was perfect. The room was clean, breakfast was great, staff were kind. The only slight issue is sound, at night if other rooms close their doors loudly it’s all heard a lot. But overall I think this place was amazing for the price point."
"The location is very good. If there is a lot of luggage, you need to walk a distance from Independence Square. Try to set a big bed room. I have a single room. It is a little small. My friend has a big bed price but the room is much bigger."
"The single room was very comfortable overall. The bed is narrow, but the mattress is very soft, the quilt is thin, and the temperature at about 23 degrees at the beginning of September is just right. Bath towels and shampoo bath products are provided, no toothbrushes and slippers. Tap water can be drunk directly, there is a mini bar at the bedside, and the internal drinks and water charges are high. Do not open. The front desk service is good and the English communication is convenient.
Breakfast is rich, but I am still a little tired after eating for several days. Bread, various cheeses, ham, meat slices, eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, typical continental breakfast.
Secondly, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the commercial center and the fortress park, there are convenience stores and supermarkets downstairs, it is especially convenient to buy water and snacks.
But although the sound insulation between the rooms is good, the sound in the corridor is not too separated, and the linen sound can be heard. The power of the hair dryer in the bathroom is small, you can ask the front desk for one. Remember to bring European or German plugs"

Outstanding
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
SStef T.Very very friendly receptionists, both in the morning and evening. Very good recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and transport to get there. They know the area well!
Breakfast is amazing, variety of selection and different options every day. Nice environment both inside the restaurant and in the conservatory, where the hot dishes are served.
The room is nicely decorated. I have a room with separate stairs. The room in itself is separated from the rest to the hotel so I don’t hear any noise from neighbours, but I assume they would have a pretty good job at isolating noise. The room decoration is modern, plenty of amenities including separate bottles of shower gels, shampoo and body lotion (and even slippers!). Can’t take these for granted anymore in hotels.
Location is excellent, ten-minute walk from the touristic area (eg. Republic square), plenty of options for buses and trolley buses around.
Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when I go to Belgrade next time.

Very Good
PPaulThe room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is good! There is a fitness center and spa on the 2nd floor, and the waiter's English level is average. It is convenient to walk around, 2 kilometers away from the Republic Square, and there are many delicious foods around. The Michelin restaurant on the 8th floor is very good and not expensive.
TTamimWe were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance.
Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby.
All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

ZzhiweiVery satisfied, the front desk staff was very considerate and arranged accommodation for me in advance. I was not familiar with it at first and thought that this hotel was a bit remote, but later I found out that the location was OK, not far from the square and the church, and within walking distance.

DDmitriiEverything is great, I recommend it! There are shops and cafes nearby and it is the very center! I do not recommend renting rooms near the reception, you will hear extraneous noises and conversations

KKevinbuxiangjiabanThe sanitation is good and relatively clean. The room is usually cleaned in the afternoon.
There is a bath + steam room, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very relaxing and recommended.
For tourists who like river views, this place is still good. The windows of the rooms on the first floor have screens. I open the windows during the day. It is very bright and I have never encountered mosquitoes.
The breakfast is European style. The chicken nuggets are fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Good reviews. Coffee is provided.
Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. Don't cook dinner, you have to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall 1.3 kilometers to the southeast, and there are shopping malls/Little Chili Peppers/Long Dingsheng/Hot Pot, etc. about 1.5-1.8 kilometers to the southwest. In short, you have to walk.
2. The bathroom is very lacking a small table for temporary placement of shampoo/shower gel/soap when taking a bath, otherwise you have to go in and out to get it back and forth.
3. The sound insulation is not very good, and the footsteps upstairs are very heavy.

MMaibigeI forgot to take the power socket adapter when I left the store. I thought the store was honest, so I didn't go to pick it up the next day. I passed by the store on the third night and asked for it. The store said they didn't have it! It's broken!

柳柳純一Good side. The view is good on the high floor. You can see the night view depending on the direction. It is far from the Belgrade bus terminal, but it is not painful to use the bus No. 31 running nearby (it is hard to hit the morning and evening crowds). Conveniently located near the hotel with a large shopping mall. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance and elevator, and there is security.
Disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets tired of staying consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a good view but the glass is dirty and not clear. Overall, the deterioration is conspicuous.
The average price for hotels in Belgrade is AED 350 on weekdays, and AED 380 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
