Welcome to our recently remodeled 2 bedroom retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from Bentonville where you will find Walmart's Home Office, Crystal Bridges Museum, The Amazeum, The Momentary, Slaughter Pen trail and the Coler MTB Preserve.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About customRules:If you booked with pet's, must keep pets in kennel if you leave them alone. Very nice place. A little out of the way but that’s part of the charm. Very pretty deck that looks off into deep woods. The house has been updated nicely and everything worked great. The hosts were professional and accommodated a request for a guest pass to the recreation center for me. I’d come back.

Quick trip
We had a great stay. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville. Tim is very responsive.

Great location
Close to a number of golf courses. Loved the Tanyard Nature Trail. Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed forest view.

Excellent
Very clean, had all the amenities of being at home, the Tranquility and peacefulness were so appreciated. The host communicates extremely well. I would recommend this location with five stars.! We found our new home in NWA while staying here. Thank you for a stress free stay. Loved the music of the woods!

Perfect getaway
House was perfect. Great location, beautiful scenery, and had everything we needed. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking and biking paths. Loved it so much we extended our stay 2 days. Had a few questions and Tim was quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!
