The structure needs a radical renovation in some aspects and soft in others, a new attention even for the little things. The entrance staircase, first contact with the structure, needs to be painted almost completely. Leaving leaves at the beginning of the staircase is certainly not what a customer expects upon arriving. To get to the rooms defined as deluxe you have to go up a flight of stairs after taking the elevator and the first impact is given by a curtain that covers part of the landing. Two rooms overlook a large terrace, complete with armored door, renovated but without any added value to define them as deluxe. The right part of the terrace is used as a clothes horse. The breakfast room is anonymous, not very well kept. Decent breakfast, both savoury and sweet, but certainly not the one advertised. Good homemade cakes. We did not find a fridge and coffee machine in the comfort rooms. Even the parking is left to neglect, the parking space mares, now unused, should be removed to avoid damage to the wheels of the cars. For pleasure and for work I have traveled for years frequenting hotels and hotels in Italy and abroad, but for the first time I was asked upon arrival the balance of the three-day stay, despite the 30% advance made at the reservation months before.
