Room had a lot of space for 2 people. 4 would be tight. Great location for shopping at Bellevue Collections- typical mall stores with Macys & Nordstrom. Rooms are not quite sound proof. I could hear our neighbors at time. Bathroom needs a towel bar as there is only one hook (back of door) to hang one wet towel. Fitness room machines need more regular maintenance. I tried 3 machines before I found one that had working touch screen for tv. I found one with no tv connection, another with broken touchscreen as volume was not working an another with broken headphone jack. Fortunately, my fourth picked worked. Liked the free 2 bottles of water each day. Complimentary morning coffee in lobby . Very comfortable beds and nice bedding.

I reserved two rooms, online, one with mobility accessibility for my sister and the other for hubby and me and I requested adjoining rooms so we could help my sister or chat with her. It's a bit tricky to get into the street where the hotel is located as it is on a small street with only a sign which says AC Lounge as have passed it the first and second night of our stay and we still have 3 more days to go. Valet parking for $39 is available and a necessity for us as my sister has mobility issues and needs a cane to get around. I had chatted on the mobile app about getting adjoining rooms the day before our arrival and they were able to get a mobility accessible room adjacent to our room. My sister had a king bed in her room and ours had a queen and they were located only a few steps from the elevator. The rooms have only 2 small drawers and a small area for hanging up clothes, a safe, a refrigerator with two complimentary water bottles, a hot shot for hot water. The room is just right for the two of us and the bathroom has a big rain shower head as well as a handheld shower head and I love the citrus scent of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It smells so clean and fresh. The room is basic with minimal frills. This is a pet friendly hotel, and there is treat jar for pets! Olga was very helpful when we checked in and the only thing is that we had a hard time understanding what she was telling us as English we believe is her second language. The first morning we were here I went to the 24 hour fitness center located on the lobby level and it's great with water available, towels, sanitizing wipes, complimentary ear phones in case you don't have any, and my favorite props like the stability, medicine and bosu ball as well as free weights. I'm not much for machines but I do enjoy doing balancing and core exercises. The bosu ball needs more air in it though and should be checked periodically. Then we had their buffet breakfast which was $22 a person which includes, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, deli meats, pastries, english muffin with sausage or ham, tea, hot oatmeal, milk, almond milk, yogurt, all kinds of fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, bananas, which all made for a healthy meal or not! Also there's a microwave and ice machine (called the hydration station) available on every floor for your convenience.
Twice a year I’ll stay in downtown Bellevue and visit a couple of my favorite restaurants. I stayed here in January 2025. Having stayed at other InterContinentals across the world, here are my thoughts: Pros: The hotel is new and is located in downtown Bellevue. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous places to shop. The room was very nicely decorated in a modern design. I immediately noticed a pleasant, clean smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The heating/AC worked well. I like the room cool at night, but warm in the morning. No issues with it at all. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. The person checking us in, Adriana, did so quickly and pointed out places to explore. The concierge, Leanne, was amazing! She had plenty of great restaurant tips, with a few discounts to offer. The manager Ali, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast overall was good. It did offer some options and was quite delicious. Now, the cons….I booked my stay in the InterContinental website. On the day of checking in, I noticed a special on their website. The special, which was about $120 MORE than I originally had booked, offered parking and breakfast for two. I called the hotel (the number listed on Google for the Bellevue location), but was routed to a call service in Asia. When I asked to make the change to take advantage of the offer on their website, I was told it was impossible. I was told the ONLY way to take advantage of the offer was to pay a cancellation fee on my initial booking and then rebook using the offer. Keep in mind, I was trying to give the hotel MORE money than I initially had booked. I ended the phone call quite frustrated. I called a second time, hoping to directly contact the hotel. I again reached a call center in Asia. Why they outsource their calls to Asia is beyond me. Other 4 star hotels in Bellevue, including the Hyatt and Westin, can easily be directly contacted. Same thing when I called the second time…they said making a change (ie spending more money) was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. They put me in touch with someone in Bellevue, but the phone connection was terrible. There was a delay on the phone with an echo. I asked to speak to someone else. I was connected to a manager named Ali. She was very understanding and apologetic and told me the change could be made, without penalty. I asked her if she could book it for me, but she said it needed to be booked online. By this point, I was frustrated and ready to book at the Westin, which I’d stayed at a few times before. After getting off the phone with Ali, I decided to try and book the special offer online. I did without any complications. Ali did call me back a few minutes later saying she also could book it for me. Altogether, it took me 74 minutes to change this reservation. Had I simply bee

My wife and I were down in the area for the Weekend, we often stay on in the Redmond/Bellevue area as nice hotels are a bargain on weekends as they cater to the business crowd . This Marriot seemed quite new, is right in Downtown Bellevue and has one of the larger club lounges we've seen (we're Platinum Elite so get access but you can pay extra to access as well). Although clean and modern, our room was very small and uninspiring. These wasn't anything wrong with it, but it didn't wow us either. I was surprised by how small the bathroom was as well and am not a fan of glass barn doors but the double headed shower was great. We'd asked for an upgrade to a high floor ”mountain view” room which we were given, not much of a view though but we did look out over some trees. It doesn't look this property has suites so upgrades aren't much of a thing here. One of the reasons I choose this property is that they don't close their club lounge on weekends like so many Marriots do. Unfortunately they don't serve any hot food in the evening but they always had a good selection of bottled water and soft drinks, Tim's potato chips (yummy!), some fruit and a Nifty little treats bar where you could help yourself to nuts, M&M's and Jelly Bellies! Breakfast in the lounge was a mixed bag. They had some nice Greek yogurt and a decent selection of breads and a great variety of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and even some roasted potatoes. I was surprised there wasn't a latte machine and didn't appreciate having to drink my so so drip coffee from a paper cup (the food was served with China and stainless steel cutlery). My wife was surprised they only had skim milk or creamer packets and even then they ran out of milk! This particular part of Bellevue is mostly office buildings so there's not much in the way if restaurants or activities close by but it's not far from other areas and the beautiful lake is only a five minute drive away. Speaking of driving, save the ridiculous valet parking fees and park on the street. It's free during the night and all day on Sunday.

I had booked two rooms for this past weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and wanted to return. My first stay here was met with great customer service, and it was only replicated upon this stay! The staff were amazing and so friendly. Would specifically like to thank the GM Danielle and Kris Young for their hospitality. I had booked two rooms for the weekend. Danielle and Kris went above and beyond to accommodate connecting rooms. They also were very diligent in helping with any further requests. Being a Hilton Honors Gold rewards member, they make you feel like royalty! The balcony by the pool is a great place to hang out! The staff does an outstanding job with fulfilling requests and keeping the place so very clean!

This hotel has a convenient location in downtown Bellevue, within walking distance of several restaurants, etc. Like most downtown Bellevue hotels, there is a parking charge; parking is in a secure garage (it's only self-parking, however, compared to many properties in the same area that offer valet service). This hotel is also very expensive; room rates are routinely $400/night. For that price, the hotel offered a disappointing experience, especially in comparison with other similarly priced hotels in the immediate area that offer, for about the same amount, superior services. My biggest gripe: lack of daily housekeeping. The policy is that the room is cleaned on the *third* day, and then *every other* day after that. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $400 a night for a room, the hotel can afford to clean it, every day. Unlike some other properties that have also (lamely) moved to non-daily housekeeping, this hotel didn't even offer to let you request it. Many other hotels (Westin, Hyatt, etc.) within walking distance of this hotel, with similar room rates, offer daily housekeeping (without having to request it). That this hotel doesn't is just a testament to management's cheapness. The room itself was renovated, but small, with poor storage. The closet was so narrow that I could not hang two suits and two shirts in it. Accessing a storage drawer was an exercise in wheeling around modular furniture. Again, other hotels in the same area have much larger rooms with superior storage. On the plus side, staff at the front desk were helpful. Far better options in Bellevue, particularly for the money. Send your business to a hotel where management actually cares about the services it's offering to guests.

I’ve stayed at this hotel whenever I’m in Bellevue, WA for well over thirty years. My earliest memories of this property were as a Red Lion Hotel. Then it became a Double Tree and finally, on its deathbed , it’s a Hilton. How the mighty have fallen… Not withstanding the property, which I’ll get into, I will say that the staff are generally kind and helpful. So this review is not to diminish their efforts. However hard they work, the reality is this property is beyond salvage and should be torn down and a new property should be built in its place. The bedrooms are grossly outdated, and when you look behind the doors, or in between the furniture, you’ll see how old this hotel is. While it’s sizeable in space and scope, the elevators are tragically slow, with two-of-four being out of commission when we stayed there recently. Sadly, the water pressure is so low it takes forever to wash and rinse. Our keycard failed three separate times, requiring a long walk and painful elevator ride back to the main desk where the staff reset the keycard. The pool is functioning, but there were never enough chairs and loungers. Add to this there were never enough fresh towels and you’re getting the taste of mediocrity this hotel delivers. One absolutely disgusting site is the swamp that lies just beside the pool (down the concrete foundation about twenty feet). I have no idea who thinks this is aesthetically pleasing, but it’s not. It’s home to a few ducks who clearly have poor taste in accommodations, as did we. This poolside unattraction is downright ugly. One thing I was interested to see were several staff members not wearing any type of formal Hilton uniforms. The breakfast buffet chef was literally dressed in Carharts with a t-shirt, work boots and a ball cap on. And one of the maintenance staff looked like he just walked in off the street. Management must have been on vacation at another property. Finally, the outside of the building, including the massive sloping glass facade, clearly hasn’t been washed in decades. And worse, yet, the parking area is filthy to say the least. Food containers, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and hygiene products lay a strewn for days with no effort to maintain a modest effort in appearance. This was the last time we will stay at this hotel. If you want to save yourself frustration and disappointment, I encourage you to stay at the new Marriott up the street. Literally blocks away, it’s a cleaner, nicer bet.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle Bellevue is located on the Redmond/Bellevue border. The hotel is 3 blocks from the Microsoft campus, less than 5 miles to T-Mobile and Nokia. We are also within five miles of the following companies: Applied Microsystems, AT&T, Boeing, Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell, Lucent and Nintendo. Our spacious extended stay suites feature fully equipped kitchens and complimentary high-speed Internet access and Encore Plush mattresses. We are a great location to start to explore the beautiful Puget Sound regions, just 12 miles to downtown Seattle and 15 to SeaTac Airport. We are less than five miles to Redmond Town Center and Downtown Bellevue, where shopping and dinning are the highlights. We have laundry facilities, your client staying awhile, we can go grocery shopping for them. Another one of our personalized services that we offer.

We've stayed at this property a long time ago, when parking was free. Not it is $8 per night, however, that is just the sign of the time. Our party of 4 stayed in building 6, in one of the ”penthouse” suites. One loft upstairs with its own full bathroom. One room downstairs with its own full bathroom. The door closes. There is a roomy living room space, and a full kitchen. 3 TVs in the unit. This was a great set up as our group could stay together and fee like we're ”at home”. Used the refrigerator, coffee maker and mugs, and utensils. Kitchen towel, paper towel, and dishwasher came in handy. The room was very quiet, but when the AC is on, it is a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper, pack a noise cancellation headset just in case. Breakfast was quite interesting. Heavy Indian influence, maybe the clientele here is unique. We stuck with the usual banana, yogurt, omelet, hash brown, coffee, etc. There is a walking trail through the woods that drain down to the area below. It was a great morning walk. Overall we had a very good experience staying here over the weekend (2 nights). Front desk staff was very friendly.

Staying here is good in itself. I stayed for one night. From 5:30-7:30 you can enjoy this open bar service. I appreciate the big room. The breakfast was very good. I slept well too. There was a fundraiser in the main central courtyard area, which was very noisy. Until 9:00, his noise will pass directly to my room on the second floor. The gym is directly next to the indoor pool and smells of chlorine gas. So why give 5 stars? Because I arranged a meeting the next day in a building next to a nearby transformer, the staff could arrange our group as appointment-free customers. They smiled, bowed and did a lot to make sure we had everything we needed. They really saved my day. Thank you!

GGuest UserI stayed in Seattle/Bellevue area for 3 consecutive weeks. There are many hotels which don’t include parking nor breakfast. Some hotels even charge $39 for valet parking service. A bridge after you can find this hidden hotel which provides reasonable rate, free parking and breakfast. Customer service is awesome. There are many supermarkets in the areas which solves the hungry issue. Highly recommend for people whom love convenient and troublefree experience.
GGuest UserThe room itself was fine, but the free WiFi wouldn't work for my laptop, only our phones. We talked to tech support twice and they ran me through the standard litany of things, but nothing worked. This is the same laptop that could literally go down into the lobby, find a different access point, and connect fine, but the actual hotel's WiFi was hot garbage. Considering I was there for three nights, it was definitely inconvenient and something that'll prompt me to stay elsewhere for my next trip.
GGuest UserThe room is clean, well-equipped, and the staff has a good attitude, but the breakfast is too simple, but this will not affect the experience of staying
GGuest UserI have to note that I have stayed in so many hotels relocating from the East Coast to the West Coast, and I’ve been very surprised at certain hotel chains. This hotel was a delight!! I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I was always told that you be able to know who the manager is just by their leadership skills; I knew immediately that Raj was the General Manager. His professionalism, accuracy, and customer service skills were impeccable; by far the best I’ve seen and I’ve stayed at 25 different hotels during this journey. The hotel itself is also wonderful, which reflects on management also. Every front desk employee was excellent, and I appreciate some humor, and got some from a young lady. The rooms are immaculate, and very spacious; there are a lot of places to meet all your needs in terms of toiletries, wine, and many other things. You can ask the front desk so many questions and not only will they give you the answers, but they will make sure you understand where you are going. The entire team was dressed perfectly, something I’ve noticed has been lacking in other hotels. I think it’s also in the perfect location, because your right outside of Seattle, but not in the middle of all the chaos so you have a great deal peace, but can get to the city in 15 minutes approximately, This has been my favorite hotel that we have stayed at since bouncing around the Seattle area. I applaud Raj, and all management as well as the front desk agents, you truly are all wonderful, and I felt at home but better bc the hotel is just wonderful in all respects. Thank you North Gate for restoring my faith in hotels again.
Ttravelworld1170This place is a de-flagged Courtyard Marriott. Honestly for that description it isn’t too bad - the room was clean, the old-style keycard doors indicated it had been quite a while since an update…but the mattress was fine. Common areas seemed decent, though gym actually was quite sad - very small, machines oddly wedged together, TV blasting at 5 am So a high three stars maybe four for the facility - I didn’t pay very much either. But the reason I’m giving a much lower score…5 am and I’m going to the gym. Walking through the main lobby on the way there were two me talking extremely loudly in a language I don’t speak…and seemingly on the phone too telling someone else about the condition of pieces. It later turned out that this was the front desk clerk and someone else seemingly in their employ. That other person shortly after I went to the gym proceeded to follow me in, walking in and out and seemingly inspecting different pieces. He was completely oblivious to anyone else…after probably walking in and out ten times and continuing to talk on speaker at a non-indoor speaking point volume, I asked if he could stop or be quieter while I was using the gym….and he proceeded to to say “No, I need to do this now”. Honestly this wasn’t the end of the world…it’s less about the case itself…but is this the attitude towards guests? Like do I need to apologize for wanting a reasonable environment in the gym? At that time the morning? Couldn’t you consider others at all? So my experience otherwise had been fine -but this is not an establishment I’d want to do business with again.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights over the weekend to attend a competition. We had a great rate so the value of the stay was great for this busy area. The continental breakfast had good variety and typical for this level of hotel. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed use of the microwave and fridge. There are a lot of food choices and shopping nearby. No on site restaurant or bar but they did have a small store. We did “to go” and all met back in the common area to eat. Kids enjoyed the pool but it closed at 8 even on the weekend. Beds were a little soft. It’s on a split level hill so we could park outside our second level room. The staff were attentive and helpful.
GGuest UserThe location is next to a small church, relatively quiet. A bit old, but very hygienic. There is an elevator and hot water and coffee are available in the lobby all day. The room has a kitchen and is fully equipped. There is a supermarket nearby. Breakfast is simple and normal. Self-driving travel can be considered if your requirements are not high.
GGuest UserI would absolutely recommend this hotel. I needed some work done on my car and I didn't want to hang out in the dealership waiting room for several hours, so I booked an overnight stay and asked for late checkout. This was the perfect combination! It was like a mini-vacation, but I was still able to work remotely from the hotel room in comfort during the day while I waited for my vehicle. I strongly believe the hotel should partner with local car dealers to make this a regular package deal because it worked so well. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. Overall this was a great experience.
FFUMINBreakfast is a few simple foods prepared in the lobby, coffee, that sweet and greasy cake, sometimes yogurt, and fruit, such as oranges. The hotel is clean, you can put the garbage at the door every day, there is a target supermarket 300 meters from the hotel, it is convenient.
I’ve stayed at Extended America’s before and I know they are nothing fancy, but this place was terrible. We arrived at 11:45pm and the front office was closed. No where on our reservation did it say we couldn’t check in late. It took almost an hour to get checked in. When someone finally showed up, he was sweating profusely and shaking. Which looked very odd. Then we get to our room and it stunk like dirty clothes and stinky feet. It was so strong, I was getting a stomachache. My husband went to the front office to let the gentleman know we were going to leave, and he had a man outside waiting to talk to him that appeared very upset. Right before we left, a police officer arrived. Everything about this place, gave me bad vibes. I will never book a room here again.
