Overall preference for the hotel. The location is very convenient, safe, very clean, and the service attitude is also very good. The room is of medium size, so a family of four won't feel too crowded. However, there are a few things that I am not satisfied with: - Parking is only available at Valet, which is also quite expensive, but sometimes there are not enough staff, so you have to wait for a long time. So I don’t think it’s worth it - On the second night, I found that the shower gel was gone; shouldn't it be replenished before guests check in? - Someone knocked on the door at 8 o'clock one morning and asked for cleaning. That was too early. - At this price, there is no swimming pool, which is a fly in the ointment.

In downtown Bellevue, the hotel is connected to surrounding commercial areas such as Macy’s, making dining and shopping very convenient

It’s particularly good. There are many activities for children to participate in. The swimming pool is a standard pool. You can play tennis and basketball. The office environment is good. The service staff are efficient and have a high attitude. The environment in the area is good.

The mountain view club room is on the 16th floor. Looking out from the large glass windows of the room, the view is wide, and it has its own charm during the day and night (attached pictures). The rooms are comfortably furnished and modern with newer furniture. The service quality of the hotel is very good. Whether it is the front desk, the restaurant, or the valet parking staff, they all have a friendly attitude and patiently introduce the hotel's facilities and regulations in detail.

This was a really nice hotel and great location. It was walking distance to everything such as shopping, dining and grocery store. My husband and I spent our anniversary there to get away from the kids. The shower in the room is what we really enjoyed . It was an all glass shower in the middle of the room. Romantic stay

I booked a king-size bed room, but ended up getting a twin-bed room. I was tired from the journey, so I didn't change. In short, the sanitation is good, the environment is good, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the hotel location is also very convenient

It was an easy check in/out. The room were clean! Friendly staff, food were so good and near the snowflake lane.

The hotel is clean. The service was so so. They only clean (housekeeping) once a week and I had to beg them to clean my room (I was there for 4 days). Definitely a no frills hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
