"Excellent stay, two very helpful members of staff at reception. Location is perfect, on the outskirts of glasgow,close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces..suitable for larger passenger vehicles to park - no height restrictions."

"Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. No restaurants nearby but the hotel had a restaurant that served a good range of food. However the quality of food (we had a steak and a burger) was only so so."

"The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere.
Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception.
Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed."

"Lift out and single lift very slow. Out of town middle of nowhere with poor transport links. Better to be a bit more and be in town. Staff were a little unwelcoming on arrival. Manager stood there chatting with staff ignoring me for quite some time"
