Clean hotel, beautiful room, quiet, no bad smell, very comfortable bedding.
Friendly and responsive to resolve a water leak in the bathroom.

For tea, there's a small kettle with a carafe to fill it. The Nespresso machine makes the hot water taste like coffee. And it makes a terrible noise when the neighbor uses it in the middle of the night.
Check-in is slow, maybe it's due to their IT. If they haven't received the money due to banking transactions with the booking platforms, they ask you—even with presentation of the voucher—for a credit card deposit, which is canceled as soon as the amount is received. This doesn't happen at other hotels booked with shorter notice.
