Best Belo Horizonte Hotels

"Hotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies."

"Good room, comfortable bed, but a little dark, basic without much decoration or amenities. The receptionist charged me twice and I had to receive a refund after the stay. Location is great, close to several restaurants and shopping malls."

However, terrible service, especially from Marcelo, the elevator didn't work to the floor we wanted, we had to climb the stairs, very old. Bad bedroom bed, springy and making a lot of noise about nothing, poor quality pillow. Slippery shower floor. We stayed over the weekend and due to the fair on Sunday, there was a lot of noise in the early morning due to the tents being set up. Terrible, I won't go back and I don't recommend it!"
