Very warm and friendly service from the receptionists. Small rooms, but nothing to bother for short stays or just overnight. Entrance to the car park on the side, with an elevator attached to the rooms. The only caveat is regarding the procedures for ”buying” the entrance to the breakfast, which in the way that it is carried out ended up generating a considerable queue and a bit of turmoil at the reception.

Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

I must say that this hotel is highly overrated in Tripadvisor. If you plan to stay for a couple of days it is okay but as I was visiting family and friends I booked for 10 days and it was quite unpleasant. The hotel has a policy of only cleaning every 3 days (because of covid, apparently) but I could never managed to get it cleaned unless I asked more than one member. They have a jacuzzi - white and with many stains - but the area is unpleasant. The staff is very nice but you dont manage to get the service you want. Breakfast is average to low and even in the room when I asked to add another instant coffee I was told that this is only provided when I arrive and no more coffee in the room! I am from Belo Horizonte and visit regularly but would certainly not chose to stay in this place again.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME.
