Room was reserved for 4 days. Was only able to use for 2 days because the elevator was broken and the elderly couldn't climb 10 set of stairs. Really disappointed. My trio was booked via a third party that trip advisor failed to informed me about and was non refundable or modifiable. So I couldn't get any sort of refund. Do NOT USE the website without reading all the fine prints..
