The best thing about this B&B is that the owners are always very responsive and very kind. Our room was quite small for 3 people but it was also named XS, so maybe expected. In any case, it was very clean and with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful, well taken care of, with fruit trees all around which we also were offered figs from 😋. There is a sea view but over the railway and some buildings, but the terrace is quite wide and well furnished. The thing that left us really disappointed was the breakfast. Bars and bakeries in Italy make excellent croissants and cakes, and local products that are delicious. It is a bit poor to offer supermarket pastries wrapped in plastic. It really took the magic away for us. The Cappuccino and the coffee were very good but on the second day we had our croissants somewhere else. I had read a comment on a review where they said the croissants were freshly baked so I hope this time they had the oven broken, so it might be only temporary. To wrap it up, a decent place to spend a couple of nights, very close to the sea path and the city centre with excellent communication by the hosts.

Rooms are large and in a very good shape, yet the overall impression is rather impersonal. The view is on the railway track with the sea in the background; not the most pleasant one. Italian breakfast is really Italian piccolo collazione. The price reflects the impression well; the naming is wrong.

La struttura è in una buona posizione, la camera che abbiamo avuto era ben arredata ma al contempo mancava di frigo bar , il ricambio degli asciugamani l'abbiamo dovuto richiedere così come la carta igienica. Rifare un letto alla meglio non vuole dire rifare la stanza infatti la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, trovare il cornetto del mulino bianco la mattina a colazione e avere una televisione in camera che prende quattro canali è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Anche perché il nostro soggiorno è costato quanto un albero a 4stelle, alle rimostranze della mia compagna il proprietario si è dimostrato molto arrogante, invitandoci ad andare via. Atteggiamento molto discutibile , detto da uno che sta da trentacinque anni al pubblico per nove ore al giorno.bastava un semplice mi dispiace ed avrebbe acquistato punti. Non ho voluto partecipare alla discussione perché vado in vacanza per godermela e poi non faccio più discussione da quando mi sono separato. Un povero marito

I proprietari super disponibili, simpatici,bravi in tutto. Pecca la colazione, ci vorrebbe almeno un po‘ di scelta in più. Controllare gentilmente il bagno perché la doccia non va bene via l‘acqua, e nel bagno se non lasci la ventola accesa c’è puzza di fogna… troppe regole rigorose scritte. Del resto bene . Peccato solo per l’imprevisto del bagno da controllare stanza ( M )

Il b&b scelto è stata una piacevole scoperta. Location nuova e comodissima per chi vuole fare una vacanza di mare! Ma ottima anche per visitare le località limitrofe. Mascia, sempre disponibile , saprà dare tutti i suggerimenti per cose da vedere e dove andare a mangiare!

La struttura è carina ma il fatto che i gestori vivano dentro mi ha fatto sentire a disagio. Persone gentili e disponibili, però ho prenotato pensando a qualcosa di diverso. La camera era spaziosa, con la grande vetrata che dà sulla strada e sulle case di fronte, quindi siamo rimasti sempre con la tenda chiusa, perché anche la tenda elettrica esterna non garantisce la privacy necessaria. La vetrata non si può aprire, se non per un massimo di 10 cm, ed il bagno è sprovvisto di finestra. In camera non c’è un frigo ed il ristorante l’ho trovato troppo caro per l’offerta.

Siamo stati alla risacca per il ponte del primo maggio. Nonostante il brutto tempo il soggiorno e’ stato super gradevole. La struttura e molto accogliente e le camere sono grandi. Pulizia eccellente. Personale molto cordiale e professionale sempre disponibile per fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti. Abbiamo fatto un pranzo buonissimo nel ristorante interno a gestione familiare. Super consigliato.

Le recensioni fatte fino ad ora sono solo fumo negli occhi.. punteggi esorbitanti per un semplice affittacamere. Siamo stati li per poche notti, la pulizia della stanza e/o cambio asciugamani è solo ogni 3 giorni oppure a pagamento, la carta igienica deve essere chiesta se finita e i monouso del bagnoschiuma sono solo per una doccia; la cucina è aperta solo di sera e non c’è eccezione nemmeno per i bambini ( es: 19:15 la cucina è chiusa), l’insonorizzazione è nulla e la colazione è di un semplice cornetto (non chiesto) e un caffè con al centro fette biscottate marmellata e nutella… non esistono intolleranze ( *** lattosio??) quindi 250 euro per due notti non sa da fare... la vista mare c’èmediata dalla stazione. Unici punti a favore: modernità e vicinanza del mare.. ma non ci tornerei!
