"Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!"

"Strange that there was no one there but it was all handled fine with no problems.
It has a barbecue area which has all the things you need to cook food: plates, cutlery, utensils. Corkscrew was appreciated!
The room was on the small side but perfectly fine for us. The garden and pool were nice and the sauna and jacuzzi pool a bonus."

"The hotel is very nice with a great sea view, swimming pool and balcony with a view, very enjoyable when the weather is good. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, in addition to the toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers need to bring your own, the front desk can also change the change to take the bus. There are some very good seafood restaurants around. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is perfect and it is the perfect choice for a vacation."

"I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere.
Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date.
I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it
was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me."

2. The room design is pretty. It's new, so everything is clean.
3. The dust between the wall and the sofa rolls out.
4. Currently (March) there is construction in front of the hotel, so I can't enter (I think it should have been informed in advance, so I'm embarrassed while driving)
5. First, get a parking ticket at the hotel (about 17 euros per day / parking lot
Must be taken when entering and exiting) You must park in the parking lot near the aquarium
6. The amount of hot water is fixed. It was all good, but the most unfortunate part."

CCampanillaA very complete hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, free spa, entertainment (very simple), the apartments are up-to-date with all the details, they are spacious, new and clean and you have a butler service via WhatsApp that works very well.
The staff very friendly.
There is free parking in the area without problems.
The location is close to the Santa Ana area and close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The hotel itself has a supermarket and restaurant that I did not visit.
The only thing I would change is that the arrival has to be after 4:00 p.m. and the departure before 10:00 a.m., so you lose a lot of time during your stay.

WWen DengThe whole process of check-in was very unpleasant. It took 1 hour to negotiate to get the room. The front desk staff were black-faced and rude.
The hotel is on the side of the road. It is very big and difficult to reach without a car. Several floors of the parking lot are empty. There is a charge, and many people do not use it. There are free parking spaces around the hotel.
The hotel is very big, with 3 buildings and only one mini swimming pool 🙄 closes at 19:00.

XXinnanWent for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,
Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it.
Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day.
However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater.

AAnonymous UserVery helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

本本地老虎The hotel is in the best location in Bernal Madena, close to the dining and sightseeing pier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pier had many dining and bars. The hotel room and bathroom were good. The restaurant on the first floor had a rich breakfast and was a hotel worth staying in. The pier can take a cruise ship to see dolphins 🐬
