Lower your expectations.
It is a budget hotel and don’t expect it as luxurious it can be. But things should at least working, e.g the shower head is tied with rubber band coz it broken. Floor is somehow clean except the underneath the bed, you’ll be surprised of its decade of dust, used condoms, pair of socks, and trash.
Disgusting but you got no choice, you get what you pay for.

Everything in the room was dirty, even the bedsheets, pillows and towel. They were black and stained. Furniture inside the room was also not in good condition. Reception was polite and agreed to let us change to a cleaner room after we showed them our current room. Got woken up at 10am by the next occupants and staff as they thought we had booked out which was unacceptable. Difficult to sleep at night from the noises of the bars nearby

Big & clean room with a flat screen TV. Only downside is there are no disposable slippers for the toilet.
Location wise, 10/10. Plenty of eateries & convience shops nearby. There are night markets around the area too. For activities, there are go-karts, carnival, water themepark & many more for you to indulge.
Overall, it's a good place to stay. We've stayed here for 5 days & overall satisfied with our experience.
