Worst hotel we have ever arrived at. Bedding was grubby and a stain on the outside En-suite ok ish. The whole hotel was grim. The cabbage smell as you walked into reception. The staff shouting at us when we said we were not staying. I cannot make any positive points. Avoid avoid avoid

Where do I start with this one we arrived on the Friday afternoon check in was swift and easy nice room clean and tidy had a walk around the old town all very pleasant had a early night unbeknown to us a party of people from Halifax turned up on the Friday night what a bunch of characters they certainly enjoyed the all inclusive 🍺😂 they entertained us for the rest of our stay especially the man who played the spoons what a great bunch of people we laughed so much watching them all together enjoying themselves can’t speak for the other guests but they certainly made our stay very enjoyable

From when we arrived to when we left we have enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, jovial. We had an all inclusive package, and wow this was the best food we have had in 3 years of coming to Benidorm. Wine choice of 3 types every lunch and evening was available. The Christmas Eve meal and Christmas Day Gala meal was top notch.( Watch the scales creak when we get home) Bar is well stocked, Amstel was stronger than last year’s so I’m guessing it’s proper stuff. Proper coffee and coffee available all day. There is evening entertainment, a mix of Spanish and English. If you fancy a waltz then get on up, or just dad dance. The evening entertainer , Jay is great at speaking Spanish one moment and then harking back to Lancashire English the next . But he keeps the audience entertained, with darts, shuffle board and bingo. Just what you want to have an enjoyable Christmas in Benidorm. We will be back next year as this is a gem.

Honestly very outdated and didn't look clean . Wi-Fi rubbish . This hotel is clearly for Spanish people and if your English or Scottish like me and my partner they look at you and treat you like alien . I paid allinclusive and when we went for cocktail the guy told me you can't choice cocktail only what's on board plus soo strong the taste vile . The food was terrible and not much choice all Spanish food , only good thing is where it was in the old town . Such noise from the school I will never be back to this hotel . And I come to Benidorm 3 times a year but this is the worst hotel ever

Ok so I will leave a review. All I can say is you get what you paid for. The staff at this hotel are amazing. The cleaner in the room was fantastic and you get clean towels every day. The hotel is clean and it’s in a good place to walk around the old town. The hotel has to be the loudest I have stayed in before. Windows are thin so you hear everything outside. Doors are banging constantly and it just echoes through the hotel. The school next door is loud so if you want to have a lay in you will be woken up at 8:30. We had this is Halloween blasting out of speakers every day we were here. There is nothing the hotel can do but to say I didn’t sleep well the entire time was not great. I won’t be staying again but like I say the staff were lovely

Excellent location, great price, Spanish line dancing guests all lovely, bar staff great and Jason from the entertainment team was absolutely fantastic with us and made us feel extremely welcome as we seemed to be the only English guests. Thank you everyone

Very clean hotel but basic rooms. Food was ok but not always hot. We were all inclusive but the snack bar was closed all the time. Nice bar area but entertainment was very much geared up for the Spanish. There is a school next door which causes a lot of noise when around the pool. Was a good basic 3 star Hotel situated right in between the old town and the *****.

When reviewing this hotel I have to remind myself that I am used to 4 star hotel and above. It was also very reasonable. It was only £50 for the night including dinner and breakfast. 1. Pleasant hotel. Basic but nicely decorated. 2. The staff are polite especially the receptionist. 3. Very clean Smelt clean and I was very impressed when I had to move the bedside table that there was no dust behind it. 4. Very comfy mattress. 5. It has a fridge in the room. 6. WiFi worked. TV only had one British channel. BBC news. 7. The bathroom had been partially updated. There was plenty of hot water and good pressure. 8. The food was ok. Not much choice but I was able to get a full English breakfast. 9.The one thing that let the bathroom down is that the shower pole and curtain crashed down on my head when I pulled it. 10. This is my only real complaint. I asked for a room overlooking the pool and I got a blank wall( see photo)It must have been the worst view in the hotel. To be fair, the hotel was full and I didn't know I could specifically book a pool view and I was only there one night to see The 3 Kings parade which is brilliant.
