Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

Where do I start, what a fab hotel. We arrived at 2am the 4 of us. Delighted we had rooms next to each other. Staff welcoming and informative. Room was large, fabulous comfy beds. Mugs and tea, coffee in room. Free safe. We were very impressed. After a lovely night's sleep, we went for breakfast. Staff lovely, in restaurant. Buffet style breakfast. Choice fab. Cereals, English breakfast, fresh fruit and juices. Again mugs in dining room, not silly cups. English tea and sausages. Food plentiful and such a well organised dining room. Everything was available. Especially happy, the hotel had my lactose free and alternative milk. 10/10 for breakfast. Pool lovely, a little bit shaded, but hotel can't help surrounding buildings. Free sunbeds and very comfy. Lunch buffet again. Great choice, even English crisps... never ever had this before. Great with our fresh rolls. Dinner, had show cooking and again food fabulous. Every member of staff in this hotel, from reception to the restaurant friendly and genuinely happy to help you. Brilliant stay, most definitely would return. We never had any noise from other rooms and we all said we slept so well. On the last day, our luggage stored and curtesy shower available . This hotel was amazing 5 mins from old Benidorm. Great location. This hotel is brilliant, just keep doing what you are doing.

Arrived early, check in was quick and efficient and we were allowed to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Popped back later for the room key and luggage, very impressive. Room 207 was well appointed and exactly what you would expect from a four plus hotel. Room serviced every day and linen replaced at least every other day from what I recall and towels replaced every day on request. My husband had his birthday while we were there and the hotel very kindly and without any notice left a balloon, a card and lollipops on the bed for him. A very unexpected touch! Our board basis was bed and breakfast so I cannot comment on anything other than the first meal of the day. Breakfast was superb. You would need to be a very fussy eater not to find something that you would enjoy. More cold cuts and cheese than you could ever eat, buns, croissants and waffles both hot and cold. Three types of sausage, English, Spanish and Chorizo. Beans, tomato, mushrooms, bacon (Spanish type bacon I call it, but hey ho) and eggs over and under, scrambled and in omelettes. Great hotel I would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Benidorm.

Have just returned from a week's stay at the RH Victoria which we booked based on other reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly. The rooms are a very good size and the beds and pillows were so comfy, you cannot hear any noise from other rooms. We had an issue with our air con on the first night, couldn’t get it to work, mentioned it when we went down in the morning and it was promptly sorted. The pool is on the small side and yes the sun loungers are in the shade for quite a bit of the day but it’s a five minutes walk to Levante beach where you get the sun all day and have the Mediterranean to swim in (with the fish ). We were in room 205 and had views of the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Would definitely recommend and if we visit Benidorm again, wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Location is convenient. Rooms are a decent size and bedrooms seem to have been refurbished; however, bathroom very dated. Sadly, had to complain about black mould in the bathroom which was mostly removed (although still some on window and tiles). Opted for half-board - whilst the breakfast was decent the evening meals have been rather atrocious. If it was not for the salad bar I would have gone out to eat. The other dishes are all very generic and cheap and each time I tried the soup it has been nothing short of terrible coloured water. In sum, decent hotel, average breakfast and terrible evening meals.

First time in Benidorm and very happy with the hotel. Room was spacious and tidy, bathroom very good. Nice size balcony with views of the sea, island and Sierra Gelada. Food was okay, lots to choose from, a glass of Cava with your breakfast if you wanted, plus Friday night complimentary cava and a violinist in the lobby. Pool area okay, had a swim but it was cold, time of year I suppose. Entertainment was fine, catering for both Spanish and English. We danced on quite a few evenings and went out on a number of occasions to the Ambassador and Calypso for tribute acts and ballroom, sequence and line dancing respectively. Things to do. Sunbathed and swam in sea in several places (lots of small coves along the coast). Sea warmer than hotel pool. We used local buses (easy to use and inexpensive)to take us to Albir, Altea( old town worth a visit),Villajoyosa(good museum and Valor Chocolate factory a must, both free), Guadalest (which really is a must do bus trip). As we are both quite active we were able to walk from our hotel up to the cross and over the Gelada to the Govnerdor and down into Albir to get the bus back. Also walked through the old town and along to Cala Finestrat and up to the old Roman lookout. Also walked up to the tower another day. Took the bus to Villajoyosa and walked back along the coastal path to Cala Finestrat. Also walked above Altea and up to the Tossal de Senyal(take the 42 bus to Terra Natura and walk up the hill, if you go to the Natura, the zoo, get your tickets on line, a lot cheaper than paying at the zoo). Did numerous other things. Had a good four weeks.

Iv just got back from a week here and the victoria after staying for the second time is fast becoming one of my favourite hotels in benidorm. the rooms ate beautiful and really spacious. I love the location closer to the old town then tjr new but for me this is a positive. Can’t really comment on the food as didn’t eat in the hotel much but everything else about the hotel i love
