Hotel Boutique Villa Venecia

We recently stayed at the Villa Venecia Boutique Hotel in Benidorm, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was truly superb high-quality with an impressive selection to suit all tastes. We were particularly spoiled with the New Year’s Eve banquet, featuring endless courses, live music and fantastic entertainment. It was a night to remember! The private seating area outside, exclusively for guests, was such a bonus. It was great not having to queue for other venues and to relax in such a serene environment. The views of the Mediterranean Sea and Benidorm were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and sunset was nothing short of magical a true highlight of our stay. We can’t wait to return for another holiday. Thank you, Villa Venecia, for such a memorable experience!

We have always wanted to stay at this hotel, however in the summer months it can be quite pricey. However, we now understand why. We managed to get a good deal for one night stay last night meaning that we had Christmas Eve morning in the hotel. The location is absolutely superb up in the old town in a beautiful building has been tastefully renovated. The customer service and attention to detail is absolutely superb. The staff cannot do enough for you, the quality of the service from reception to check out is absolutely excellent. We had a Seaview room, room 44, which had double windows opening up to the Seaview, and Levante Beach,l, close enough to hear the waves crashing but not to the point of keeping you awake. We had an afternoon snooze and watch the sunset while sitting in bed with a cup of tea and in the morning did similar and watch the Sun come up on the horizon directly across From the hotel. Breakfast is at the highest quality with a good selection of meats cheese fruit served to your table followed by your chosen menu of full English, omelettes, and everything you would expect from a high end hotel. I would highly recommend staying Here it is worth paying the little bit extra to have a great room with a great view. There are spa facilities on the fifth floor which are ample adequate and also afford fantastic views across the bay and out to see while you’re either in the hot tub or splashing around in the pool.

This hotel was one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in - every single detail was amazing and the staff were wonderful, who all went over and above for us and made our trip extra special. The attention was in the detail - our room was decorated on arrival with a bottle of Cava and chocolate covered strawberries in our room on arrival, as well as rose petals on our bed. Every evening we came back to our room to a little note and chocolates and on our last night we had a bottle of Frexinet as well as a thank you note - we will most definitely visit again xxx

Very special experience, hotel different from what we had seen in Benidorm. Quiet with a very personalized service and attention to detail. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and the check in was very fast, she accompanied us to the room, it is small but with stunning views. The breakfast was very complete, a little noisy but very good.

From the moment you walk in the doors you are treated with such special treatment. Truly a 5* star hotel. Best location in old Benidorm close to everything and practically on the beach.Rooms have everything you could possibly need breakfast was absolutely perfect what ever you asked for they would cater for you. Such an amazing experience! All of the staff were attentive to our needs and we were given lovely welcome and good night gestures with written notes to ourselves. Every single member of staff would regularly ask if we needed anything from reception staff, waitors and cleaners however one member of staff in particular was amazing. Claudia helped with every thing we needed to know about transfers checkout and any other enquiry we had. We would definitely recommend and return again if it is possible.
