The apartments were spotless, pool, although cold, was perfect on a hot day. Food was great, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment was aimed at families, perfect for our party. It is on the top of a hill, which can be quite hard for people with bad mobility, taxis are quite reasonable from apartments to different places in Benidorm. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Stayed here in February for a few nights and I was more than pleasantly surprised. This was my 1st time in Benidorm and I had a completely different view and opinion (probably because of the show) of what to expect. Firstly, the hotel was spotless, it has probably been one of the most cleanest hotels I have stayed in and I travel on a regular basis. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner here, only because what was on offer was not to our children's taste. I did have breakfast a few times and it was very nice. On the day we left my son ordered the chips and chicken strips from the bar and he wasn't keen on the chicken as they lacked flavour, however all the restaurants we went to outside were very similar. We are used to very seasoned/spicy food, so it was more that it wasn't to our taste than anything else. The apartments were also very nice. the bathroom needed updating but it was clean which is the main thing. The kitchentte came with everything if you wanted to cook. make brews etc. The beds were a bit hard, but again it depends on what you're used too. The 'beds' in the living room weren't sofa/pull out beds, so we put the 2 together to turn it into a double. The main pool was drained, but we did use the the indoor pool, which was a bit on the chilly side but you warmed up soon enough. A lot of people have complained about the hill, it really wasn't that bad. There are several ways to get to the shopping/restaurant area and the shorter route did have a very steep hill. The slightly longer route wasn't as bad as people have made out. I enjoyed the walk, so did my sister who normally dislikes walking. The kids aged between 6 and 18 also didn't mind the walk, except for our last night as they were tired/being lazy. I would definitely return to this hotel, however I would only come out of season because I know how busy it can get July/August in Benidorm in general. I think we enjoyed it so much because it was quiet.

We arrived with a lovely welcome from Maria who always remember us ...we had a lovely time ..Room..food Staff everywhere were lovely..spotless clean and bed were high standard .we love to visit here ..for a short break we b back in May ..thank you from Joan and Pat Keating. Ireland and Spain.

This was at least my 10th stay at the Terralta - I have been coming here since it opened. They have upgraded the reception and bar areas, plus the indoor pool, and have put fencing around the pool to prevent trigger-happy guests claiming their sunbeds at 6 am. It’s lovely to see that some of the original staff are still there (Javier, Maria and Luna). New fridges and microwaves this year, and I noticed that the kitchen cabinets were being replaced in apartments that weren’t occupied. The noise bothered me a little, as there was a lot of drilling going on, which Jet2 didn’t make us aware of, plus the main pool was drained as there was no lifeguard. Again, I think we should have been notified of this when booking with Jet2. The apartments are not, in my opinion, suitable for lively family holidays, as they are quite out of the way in a residential area, and it’s a lengthy walk up a steepish hill to get back. However, I feel very much at home here as a single, older traveller and have already booked my next trip. See you soon!

Just returned from a week stay here and could not fault the hotel or staff, one arrival felt so welcome staff were always so warm and welcoming and would help in anyway they could, the room and complex was clean and the room was a decent size would definitely return

Just spent 4 nights at terralta, I have been a few times & always left good feedback, The staff here are Awesome, very helpful!! Sadly the quality of food has suffered since last year. I suffer with H/S and demand a very very clean standard of living or my infection kicks in. Ok we were only there for 4 nights but on the 4th day I had to go and request a cleaner cleaned out bathroom as no cleaner had been, I also have a stoma!!! So I take my stoma output sealed in double bags & place in the bin outside our apartment, as I left on the 5th day the 5 bags were still in that bin. I spotted 6 cockroach in our bathroom, again not very good as I have massive H/S... Lots of disappointment this time, I believe in truth & nothing but the truth so help me god. The last day a group of east midland men appeared at the poolside effing & jeffing & generally loud playing their own music. So sorry for being honest!!! As I said earlier the staff are lovely, as soon as I pointed out my dirty room the cleaner was there immediately, but should I have needed to remind you to clean my room & change my towels. This is 100% genuine feedback & if it helps just 1 person the I'm happy. After me writing this review my daughter convinced me to try this place again!!! It's now 5.30am & thankfully we are going home in 3hrs, today's date is 28/11/24, we just spent another 4 nights here in room 1116 & in room 1117 are two men who get drunk all day & lean over the balcony shouting to people all hours of the day/night, we have complained but nobody cares. Currently there are 2 schools stopping here & at 8pm last night they were running up & down the corridors banging & screaming!!! I have not seen 1 security guard while I have been here. I love my daughter to bits, but nobody will convince me to return EVER!!!

Read the reviews so went with an open mind and we had a brilliant time. Good size apartment very clean and large balcony. We went half board+ and couldn't fault it breakfast was good with lots of options, evening meal was always good with beer on tap 🍺. Bit confused with few comments about staff we found them very friendly. Met some really great people especially Dennis kept us entertained. Have booked for next year already 👍
