Hotel Servigroup Rialto

This was booked as a 4 night break for myself and my daughter to celebrate my birthday. We arrived home yesterday and I cannot praise this hotel enough for its friendliness , cleanliness, superb service, variety and quality of food. My daughter and I have separate rooms, we were located on 2nd floor, rooms 202 and 203. Twin beds in each, ample wardrobe space, walk in shower modern and fresh. There are two lifts both in good working order, smelling so sweet and fragrant. A bonus of free safe to keep our valuables, and a cool fridge beneath. The location may put guests off a little as this hotel is based up a slight hill. I was wary also before we stayed here due to location , generally we prefer the old town end. But we need not have worried as the Rialto is not directly on the sea front, but just a few mins walk away. Ok so a big negative and a reason we won’t stay here again was due to paper thin walls and guests not observing the rules of keeping their voices down and slamming doors. I had 4 sleepless nights, I bought some ear plugs from a pharmacy which unfortunately didn’t help. This was my 8th stay in a Benidorm hotel and would come back every time but for lack of sleep and respect of other guests I will be looking at a hotel in another area.

Just back from a 6 night stay , hotel in great location the hotel is looking dated but Is very clean ,this time of year are chasing the sun around the pool but plenty of sunbeds think in high season might be different story. The restaurant staff are lovely always have a smile on their faces and quick at clearing tables . The food is ok can always find something is very limited and was a lot of repeat things on In only the 6 days though did find the food was aways hot . English bacon was on every morning if a full English breakfast is what your after .the main let down for me was the air con had been turned of . The manager said Servigroup do this as November classed as winter, with global warming and the temp while we was there was in mid 20.s every day think they need to rethink this . What made it worse we chatted to someone who was staying in servigroup Castilo and there's was still on . Had friends dotted around the resort and they all had air con on . They did offer me a small fan that was kept for reception was better than nothing . Slept with balcony door open all night but wasn't any breeze . I do think the manger needs to wear a suit or smarter clothes walks around very casual in jeans wouldn't of known was a manager unless someone had told me all other staff smart and in uniform, I'm all for the relax look but think being a manager of a hotel should stand out .

Great hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly especially Lisa (Reception/Guest Services). Nothing was a problem, loved her can do attitude. Room was lovely and clean ample balcony with a clothes rail on the balcony to dry your swimming costume or if you like to rub through. Great shower in the bathroom with lovely fluffy white towels. In my opinion the only negative was no kettle in room as my hubby likes a cuppa as soon as he gets out of bed. Can’t wait to return.

Booked a 5 night stay full board the food was very good plenty of choice Staff from cleaner to reception all brilliant the only let down was a few british men at evening meal swearing no need for it not the hotels fault.Rooms always kept clean as was the hotel spotless room walls wafer thin could hear the persons next door quite clear. Would we return yes i think so the old town is great couple of mile walk .Like they say this hotel is on a hill but me and my wife both in the 70s just take your time alll good

This Hotel is one of the best iv visited I was here for a week in late September 24, on arrival at 0200 i was greeted and told there was a cold meal for me if i wanted it i thought that was a very nice gesture. The next morning at breakfast I found everything I wanted, it is the best Breakfast iv ever had on holiday. The location is perfect 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the *****, the pool is ok with plenty of sun beds. If you are looking for a great hotel close to everything and fantastic staff then this is the place to stay.

Excellent hotel from the start to the finish Lisa on reception was very professional Always said hello and we asked for a pool view and we got it Food was very good always hot and tasty All staff very polite and hard working Rooms cleaned everyday and were spotless Pool area very nice and no problem with a bed no matter what time of day Overall we had a great holiday And everyone involved in making the hotel run the way it does needs mentioning and thank you to you all
