I tried to book 4 rooms for 13 of us aged 45-72, and disabilities among...family and friends from across the UK to meet up. The system let me book them, and then I was told to cancel them as they don't take groups.... why did the system allow me to select 4 rooms then !! We are hardly teenagers who will wreck the rooms we are grown adults. The system then had these as 6 nights minimum stay over the dates we cancelled, which they obviously changed as we booked less nights... Many of us have been to Benidorm many times and never had one issue at all. Thankfully, we have managed to book with a very helpful set of apartments.

Cannot fault this place spent 3 weeks here it was perfect the 2 staff on reception could not help enough with any problems the cleaning staff were spot on mercadonna supermarkets next door I will definitely book again next year thank-you too all at the apartment 😀

The apartment was spacious and clean with good cooking facilities. Whilst I didn’t use it there is a small pool that looks rather nice. The main issue was that there is not very good soundproofing and so you can hear other people fairly clearly when trying to sleep. Another thing to note was that there was no hand soap and only one toilet roll so will need to bring your own.

A real scam, little empathy and humanity, less than 24 hours after making the reservation I had a personal problem, no facility to move just one day, everything was to charge more or charge 77 euros of cancellation for the face, keeping a full car That you don't enjoy it says a lot about them. When you cancel early and they have plenty of time to rent it to others because there was more than a week's notice. I certainly won't recommend it to anyone, I travel a lot to Benidorm and I have never met people like that. Keeping people's money certainly makes money.

Magnificent apartments next to the Town Hall and in the center of Benidorm. Correct size room. Well-furnished kitchen with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Iron for clothes (quite a detail) Effective air conditioning. Pleasant living room although the sofa bed as a sofa is uncomfortable, which is usually the case in almost all places. Very pleasant and attentive staff, from the concierge Mauricio, the girl who replaces him and even the cleaning girls. A 10 for all of them. Frequent change of bed linen and towels. Good cleaning. There is a small free parking lot that sometimes fills up and you have to find a place to park outside. It has a washing machine and dryer area for free use.
