Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!

Very basic hotel, together to sleep and the treatment of staff very improved

This is the second time we go to this hotel, its location is fantastic! Near the sea, near the old Benidorm helmet ...a privileged site to tap and drink some wines! The hotel is modest, only for adults ... with a few steps at the entrance, so your mobility should not be very low. Don't walk through the hotel without visiting its terrace with so spectacular views as this photo I add!

The large and very clean room and check-in very quickly

The staff member at check in was really helpful explaining the breakfast and dinner procedures. What was included etc. He also explained the hotel facilities and 24 hour front desk. The hotel had a great location in the Old Town a few minutes walk from tapas alley and the beach a 10 minute walk to the Mediterranean View. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel .
