The check-in and checkout was smooth. The rooms were very nice and spacious and well cleaned. The food was really good from all three of the restaurants and the main cafeteria. The main problem was with the beach closed because of the seaweed which we were not made aware of in advance or upon arrival. The hotel gave no options to take guest to clean beaches where we could swim in the sea. The other issue was with the service some waiters and workers had very good service such as Ana in the restaurants, but on a couple of occasions we had poor service including one time when a waiter was insulting us in Spanish to his fellow waiter, unaware that we spoke Spanish. Plus we get tired of the “bad face” attitudes when we either do not tip or give a tip which clearly the workers all over just do not appreciate. Perhaps it’s a culture issue, as the worse we see is in Mexico, but it should not be present in the hospitality industry.

This is a great family oriented hotel. The staff were all friendly, the buffet was good and the a la carte restaurants were very good. We enjoyed the mini golf and games room on the rainy days, as well as the nightly shows and daily activities.

Wonderful smaller family resort with friendly staff and fun programming. Elisa was fantastic in helping our two children over in the kids club making sure they were able to participate in many of the activities, from trivia to the trampoline area/foam pit and Pablo, our server at Rodeo steakhouse, was a true professional providing super courteous service with better alternatives than just ordering tequilas to the table. All the restaurants were great, didn’t have the chance to experience the knights club only because of our two littles (adults only). Three showings in the movie theatre daily which we took advantage of for some down time were a great way to pass some idle time. The kids enjoyed the zip line, table tennis and pool tables, while we enjoyed the friendly service at the bar. Two thumbs up. Thanks SENSIRA resort for the memorable vacation.

Sensira is a smaller resort and I was initially worried that it would lose its charm after 7 days, but here are the things that we loved: - the recreational staff work SO hard to keep guests and their kids entertained. Huge should out to Elisa for being the kindness, most welcoming, and fun worker. She truly made our experience so special. Muchas gracias, Elisa, you are one in a million. - we’ve been to a few all inclusive and the food at Sensira was by far the best. The steakhouse is not only delicious but so much fun with the mechanical bull. Another shout out to Pablo for taking the time to explain Mexican history and culture to us. We enjoyed our meal so much and you made our last night very memorable. - we absolutely loved the private beach and not feeling pressured to buy things at the pool or at the beach. You don’t realize how much it eats into a vacation when you can’t turn a corner without be asked to buy something. - this resort really caters to families - if you have kids up to 10 years old they will absolutely love being here as there are endless things to do. Overalll, it was a really magical experience that will live in every member of our family’s hearts forever. Do not hesitate to book this resort for a special and unique experience.

Adult pool is very cold. The hot tub is not hot. Don't expect a working hair dryer or to have things working in the room. Water bottles replaced every 2 days. Bring a charger that plugs into a socket. But excellent food at all restaurants and buffet. Extremely fresh and high quality. Excellent drinks.

My wife and I traveled to Sensira for our 11th wedding anniversary and had a great time. It’s definitely a family-friendly place but also great for couples. They offer theater entertainment each night and one particular show stood out to us-The Moonlight Show-it was incredible! A great place to visit with or without the kiddos. We’d recommend it to anyone!
