Had a fun family reunion. Comfortable rooms, clean and for the most part quiet. Only complaint is the slow service in the restaurants at dinner. Kids aren't good at waiting in restaurant to be fed. A special shout out to Juan Diego and Diego Heve for showing initiative

We had a great time! Staff is great and works very hard. All very friendly as well. The food is good and our meals at Rodeo Grill were exceptional. Our waiter Christian was great! The resort has great amenities and is very family friendly. Highly recommend this resort!

Fantastic experience at this resort with our family (kids 4 & 7) from Ontario, Canada. Shoutout to the amazing resort workers, especially Carlos and Cristian at Rodeo Grill and the ladies at the Tea House. Everyone works very hard & are very attentive. So very appreciated! This was our first all-inclusive experience and we were very impressed. This resort was the perfect size for our family and a huge bonus that is located right on the beach. Our kids had a blast playing mini golf and bouncing on the trampolines. Our oldest loved the zip line! Hours were spent poolside. We always had something fun to do. While we were here there we noticed the care and continued maintenance on the resort itself. Patching and painting, landscaping, and continuous cleaning of the facilities. Overall, it was a lovely first experience for us and we would come back again! Viva Mexico!

All the staff were absolutely incredible! Thank you to Karina, Hever, Francisco, Itzel and Alina for making our trip unforgettable. We will be recommending the Senisora to all families who want to travel to Mexico! The beach was beautiful and everyone works so hard.

Rodeo Grill Steakhouse - at Sensira resort was very good! Servers Eduardo, Pablo and Carlos ensured we had an excellent time! They arranged a double birthday celebration for our girls! The Filet Mignon was excellent and a good Caesar salad too. Excellent service.

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was underwhelming. While the property’s small size made it easy to navigate between rooms and restaurants, several aspects fell short. The lack of available chairs and umbrellas made finding a comfortable spot by the pool or beach challenging. The main pool often appeared unclear, and the beach itself was small with water that wasn’t as clear as expected. Dining options were disappointing as well. The beach snack bar served the same food every day, offering little variety. Most restaurants felt dark and enclosed, lacking ambiance. Additionally, there was minimal entertainment and no real “lobby life,” making the overall atmosphere feel dull. While the resort’s compact layout was convenient, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. For the price point I’d go to another Cancun resort, wouldn’t recommend.

Awesome stay at Sensira! All amenities are easy to access. Pools & and buildings and rooms are clean, loads of loungers and things to do. No line-ups for food and there is always food & drinks available - at the pools, trampoline/games area and restaurants. Loved the Mexican restaurant- excellent service from Felipe and the other staff. On our last day they did an off-menu family dinner for us that was beyond tasty and amazing. Highly recommend asking for the hot sauce (fresh habenaro) as otherwise minimal spice. Also developed a severe allergic reaction to a bug bite and received swift help from first aid and the on site doctor. The concierge checked in on me multiple times as well. Overall absolutely excellent service and stay!

We had a we had a wonderful time playing trivia with Gustavo and Daniel. They made the entire experience, very fun and enjoyable for the whole family. We won the trivia and it was a fun celebration when they awarded us with our T-shirt prize. I would definitely recommend playing trivia with these guys.
