Excellent location for Caen Ferry peaceful location nice french village . Great Dog Friendly Ground Floor Rooms. Warm welcome arrived 22;30 offer of light snack and drink brought to room. Room Charge is value for money however PET CHARGE if you have more than 1 dog makes it less competitive to other hotels 15 euros per night per dog is excessive should just be off charge.

Such a pleasure to find a unique privately owned little hotel with so much character. Special thanks to the manager welcoming late arrivals (very late) from the ferry with warmth and enthusiasm, and presenting excellent self serve breakfast choices the next morning which were thoroughly enjoyed in the landscaped gardens. Unexpected gem. Faultless.

Extremely charming independently run hotel quite perfectly located between the Normandy beaches and Caen just a couple of kilometres from the coast (Ouistreham). Also just next to the Pegasus Bridge if you are D-Day touring. And the Bike Path of Middle Europe along the Canal de Caen if you want a very pretty walk or jog is around the corner. Rooms are individually decorated and you can choose on the hotel's website so better to book directly rather than with *******. Excellent shower, very comfortable bed, very convenient parking (we were on business in a truck and greatly relieved by the parking possibilities). Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the rest-day of the restaurant and we had to go to La Glycine across the street, which we would not recommend. Very congenial, family run hotel. Will stay again if we have the occasion.

Our ferry was cancelled in Spain due to the weather so had to catch a ferry from Caen. 10 mins from the hotel. The owner Cedric was very helpful as we didn’t arrive until 2.30am. The room is absolutely beautiful. One of the most comfortable beds; lovely shower. Good breakfast.

Magnificent location, exposed beams, stones, very beautiful residence, simple and full of charm. Easy access. Places inside the courtyard and just in front, free. Very friendly welcome, kindness and real intentions to satisfy customers. Spacious, charming rooms, very clean, perfect bedding, very quiet. Hearty breakfast. One without mistakes.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel cette semaine et c'est un énorme coup de cœur. Il y a des emplacements pour se garer, nous avons été accueilli en avance par Charlene alors que nous allions repartir car arrivés avant l'heure. Notre chambre était prête. Très grande, propre, lumineuse .. rien à redire !! Gérante disponible pour aider et conseiller, elle est très investie et c'est un plaisir de discuter avec elle. Bravo et à bientôt !
