Repetition in the very positive atmosphere. How long have we been coming to the Bacchus Hotel in Bensheim? More than 15 years? Perfect service, quality and contact with staff. Very special how things work here. We feel very comfortable here, even though the hotel is a business-oriented place. The individual does not suffer from this at all. The rooms, parking and (super!) breakfast are fantastic.

Very welcoming staff and a great hotel. Room was large, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great quality and delicious. Popular restaurant/bar with good vibes. And bikes which we really enjoyed taking for a ride around the beautiful town of Bensheim. Highly recommended.

Hiking, biking, castles, local lake, churches, restaurants beer, etc a wonderful time! The September wine fest, better than Oktoberfest not crowded, excellent food, music, and lovely people. Hotel Bacchus great…

We chose it due to its proximity to Frankfurt airport. It’s only about 20 miles from it and was an easy drive after an overnight flight. The staff was very friendly. The hotel seems very well maintained, but did have a musty smell in the hallways. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything ones needs. The mattress was somewhat firm for our liking. In that regard, the hotel seemed a little overpriced. It’s only a few minutes walk from the heart of the town where there are a number of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. The hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet with a combination of cooked and cold dishes. If not included in your room price, it is fairly pricey. The room’s key card provides access to the hotel in the evening and also to the parking area. While some websites say parking is free, it isn’t. It was 7€.

Excelente hotel, personal super amable, muy conveniente literalmente frente a la estación de tren, te prestarán bicis para recorrer. El desayuno es excelente. Muy linda decoración del lobby. Pasamos el fin de semana para ver un concierto y pasear por la ciudad. Muy muy buena opción

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett und entgegenkommend. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Auch nach Jahren, in denen ich regelmäßig im Bacchus übernachtete und übernachte, hat die Qualität des Hotels in nichts nachgelassen. Saubere und moderne Zimmer, ein sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal sowie ein ausgezeichnetes und vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot machen den Aufenthalt dort immer wieder äußerst angenehm. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Ich musste mein im Bacchus gebuchtes Hotelzimmer aufgrund eines Bahnstreiks gut 26 Stunden vor der geplanten Anreise stornieren. Leider zeigte man sich seitens des Hotels, auch nach telefonischer Ansprache unwillig, meiner Bitte nachzukommen. Auch die Möglichkeit einer reduzierten Berechnung (denn es waren ja weniger Housekeeping und Reinigungstätigkeiten erforderlich) wurde abgelehnt. Meiner Aufforderung, mir einen Nachweis über die Unmöglichkeit der Weitervermietung des Zimmers zu liefern, kam man nicht nach. Wenn ich mir den Zimmerpreis von € 144,- und die Umstände, die leider zur Stornierung geführt haben ansehe, dann kann ich dahinter nur „Raffgier“ vermuten. Für mich ist dieses Hotelmanagement inakzeptabel!
