When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms on the second floor or the additional sleeping areas in the loft: (1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, Vizio TV with Roku streaming, and an en suite bathroom. (2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, Samsung TV with Roku streaming, and a nearby bathroom. (3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed and a nearby bathroom. (4) Loft - 3 Twin XL beds + Queen size Sofa bed, and a Panasonic TV with Roku streaming. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Please keep dogs off the furniture and beds. If guests are out, dogs must be kenneled.
