I selected this hotel on a whim to relax after a busy tour. What a lovely place on a quiet cobblestone lane. The back faces the lagoon with a lovely view, water sports available and the front faces to ocean and long sandy beach. Exquisite rooms, delightful staff, a charming hotel. A pleasant walk or tuk tuk to town. I enjoyed my stay.

The location is amazing bang on the brach shore. The traditional food is top notch. The service is prompt and friendly outgoing staff. They can also organise beach sport activities like jet boat para gliding etc. The rooms open into nature and have stunning views.

Great little hotel in a fabulous location, sandwiched between a large river and the sea. The room had everything we required and was clean and comfortable, but what really made it was the staff who were polite and friendly and always anxious to help. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfasts were always generous and tasty. On the two days when we had to miss breakfast because we were on very early trips, the manager, without us having to ask, organised a picnic breakfast to take with us instead. The hotel is also a Padi water sports centre, and although we didn’t go diving, we took a river safari with them, which was excellent. Special mention has to made of Preddie, the tuk tuk driver based at the Marina,who acted as our tour guide in and around Bentota!

Pros: Rooms are spacious and furniture is very nice Clean Beach access is near, Staff is friendly and cooperative, Breakfast was nice. Less crowded Cons: At Night the area is dark, Atmosphere of hotel is not lively. Pool is small. Property is small

This hotel has nice staff and nice breakfast. All of staff are smiling and the coast is so beautiful. I have diving for just 1 day but it was really good experience for me.

I came to this hotel the night before my departure, because the hotel is not very far from the airport. I came in low season, so I am the only guest in the hotel. They gave me a room which unfortunately had a broken air conditioning, they were nice and they changed my room. The hotel is well located, if you want to swim in the ocean, you have the beach 10 m from the hotel. You can very easily do boat trips, diving, Jetski... The swimming pool unfortunately is very small, and I believe that it is intended only for diving exercises. The restaurant menu is a little expensive, it's better to take a little extra to go to the surrounding restaurants which are excellent! The hotel manager can change your money for you without any problem, they really listen to you! Small negative point I find it a shame that someone came to offer me a boat trip and gave me the price while I was having lunch when I didn't ask for anything. I arrived at the hotel around 1 p.m. without having eaten lunch, even though there was no one in the hotel. The cook is not on duty today but he still came to make me food, it was a very kind gesture. Thank you ✨

Очень понравился отель: очень уютно, мало номеров, всё по семейному, персонал очень приветливый, номер просторный, есть 2 большие кровати, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер, вентилятор. Лежаки и зонтики на пляже. Пляж в 10 метрах, на другой стороне, спуск к реке, в которой тоже можно купаться. Кормят вкусно, ежедневно фрукты и свежевыжатые соки. Рядом, в 5-7 минутах ходьбы есть рестораны, до города 15 минут ходьбы.

Отличный отель, полностью соответствует уровню 3 звезды. Из плюсов: - небольшой номерной фонд 16 номеров, поэтому отношение персонала очень внимательное (ранний завтрак, уборка, вызов ту тука, вода - все делается сиюминутно) - расположение (отель находится на косе между океаном и рекой, ширина косы не более 90 метров, поэтому окна номеров выходят на обе стороны, это очень круто) - не нужно одеваться на пляж, так как до номера идти меньше минуты - самое лучший вход в воду на всем Бентота Бич, нет людей (лежаки и зонтики персонал отеля выносит по вашему запросу, мы были в начале сезона на пляже одни) - завтрак не шведский стол, но хватает (яйца, блины, масло, джем, тосты, местный пудинг, сок, чай, кофе) - номер старенький, но все в рабочем состоянии (если вы не любите весь день сидеть в номере, то для ночевки подойдет) Рекомендую отель по соотношению цены и качества!

Отель расположен в живописном месте, на косе между рекой Бентота и океаном. Отель не большой 12-14 номеров, но очень уютный, в колониальном стиле. Номера просторные, с деревянной мебелью, балконы с видом на реку или океан. В номере нет телевизора, но на отдыхе он и не нужен. Персонал замечательный, приветливый, все просьбы выполняются не замедлительно. Отель находится вдали от автодороги, поэтому нет шума и пыли. Добраться до городка можно на тук туке ( он стоит на территории отеля), либо пешком 20 минут.
