Yufuso Beppu

The service is really bad, self check-in, and the room is as cold as an ice cellar. There is no central air conditioning, and each room has its own air conditioner, but the corridors and bathrooms are still freezing cold. There was a plastic board in the yard that was not fixed properly. It made a very loud noise when the wind blew. I couldn't sleep well at night. I asked the hotel to fix it the next day, but they said they had to report to the engineering department and couldn't come that day? Actually, it's very easy to fix... Ctrip couldn't get through to the hotel when they tried to contact me, and when I called myself, they asked me to send an email, but they didn't reply... The air conditioner in the living room turned off by itself in the middle of the night, and it was 8 degrees in the morning. There was another room with the air conditioner on and it was still very cold... It was unaccommodating. It's so disgusting. I've never stayed in an accommodation with such poor service.
