一星給服務，晚上8點到酒店竟然還要等30分鐘房間再準備好，大堂的日本經理英語差到無法交流，讓她幫忙叫個taxi 支支吾吾無法勝任，感覺不願意客人晚上外出吃飯這很過分

這次訂了2間，經典兩張單人床房給的位置不太好，陽台看出去正對停車場，能看到一些海灣，但好在和温泉泳池在一側，過去比較方便。另一間城景房位置更好，可以看到扇山，城市和海灣。

除了位置稍微偏了點，衹能打車下山要不就公交車，免費接駁車每天不多，基本沒有缺點，房間很大，乾淨整潔，洗漱用品也不錯，露天温泉很贊，酒店人也不是很多，很安靜！

這裡是人間仙境哈哈哈，到處飄着裊裊白煙，加錢升級了一個大套房，可以看到遠處的港口。
上到酒店的斜坡就有專人代客泊車，服務生裏有個法國小哥非常帥氣，服務意識非常強，還有個2米高的黑人小哥單膝跪地給我們介紹房型酒店設施，真的被熱忱的服務所打動，下次還會再來入住！
酒店餐飲也不錯，可以去嘗一下哈哈

這家酒店是我來這次日本旅遊的點睛之筆，酒店位於半山腰，窗外風景很美，特別在無邊泳池那裡俯瞰大半個別府，有種遠離城市的喧囂，眾生芸芸，唯我獨醒的感覺。而且因為我們去的那幾天時不時有陣雨，雨後山中會起霧，讓望出去的景色變幻多端，時而清晰如畫，時而煙雨朦朧。酒店內温泉也是特色，男女湯泉分開互不幹擾，並都有各自的户外温泉，每天會互換一次男湯和女湯的房間，連住兩天就可以感受到不同的湯池了。酒店還為每人提供了日式浴衣和木屐。再談一下交通，因為是半山腰所以酒店提供了接駁車，接駁車不大位置有限，需要預訂，如果你沒訂上酒店會免費提供taxi，重要的事情説三遍，免費、免費、免費的。那住這裏唯一的困擾也有了解決方案，完美。酒店早餐外露部分中規中矩，但它還有很多隱藏菜單哦，記得點哈。
