The customer service did not provide the entrance code to enter the B&B. I had to email the B&B’s customer service and it would take half an hour before I could enter the B&B. The waiting time made my five-year-old daughter curse. It was a bad experience...
The parking lot is very far away, it takes three minutes to walk. It has been raining these days and it is very cold when going back and forth to the parking lot. This is really inconvenient...
The room at Zhika B&B is still good and very comfortable, but the cooking utensils in the B&B are very old and not very clean, so I don’t feel comfortable using them... The room is not particularly big either.
Apart from the above problems, overall it's pretty good. The small bed is comfortable, the shower is good, and the bathroom is not particularly big. I can't fully straighten my feet when taking a bath... haha

This is not a hotel, this is a B&B! I have never received any email from this hotel. I only received a pin code from trip.com. The only way to contact the hotel is a Japanese number and I cannot use email. The weather was very cold and I stood outside the door of the self-proclaimed hotel for 30 minutes. The contact number was not able to give you a pin, and they only gave you another Japanese phone number. In the end, I asked a friend in Japan to help communicate before I could enter the room. It was really a very bad accommodation experience!
