I’m glad that we chose Amane Gahama for our family vacation because it’s spacious and the private hot spring was awesome with both in and out door options. It’s a little inconvenient that breakfast was located in the sister hotel next door, but the hotel had arranged buggy for transport which the kids are happy about it.

We first went to Jinlin Lake Street, and then drove to the campsite for about 25 minutes. Although the weather was freezing, it was not too hard, and there was no snow. After arriving, we camped in the reception. The staff was very friendly. The package we ordered included dinner and breakfast. In fact, it was basically enough for two people. All the drinks in the refrigerator were free. For dinner, there was rice and curry sauce. The curry was delicious. The weather was quite cold at night, so in the end we chose not to ask the staff to help us make the bonfire. We went out to the camp at night and looked at the many stars in the sky. We also saw the sunrise in the morning. This place is worth a visit!

The room with the onsen was convenient and offered a great experience. It was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases, and the futon was very comfortable. Dinner was excellent as well. A wonderful place to stay! The staff was amazing, reaching out a week before our check-in to ask about our group and dinner preferences. We were so happy with our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful even though some couldn't converse in fluent English. Room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea. We even caught the sun rise! Onsen both indoors and outdoors were clean. I enjoyed the outdoors onsen more because of the lovely Seaview from the rooftop. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint was that the futon was too thin, I could feel the floor. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

This is the most cost-effective hot spring hotel (hotel) I have ever stayed in. I only spent less than 1,400 yuan to stay in the best private hot spring room, facing the incomparable sea view. At the same price, I can only stay in other hot spring hotels. I booked the cheapest room type and the front desk staff was very friendly. Although the facilities are a bit old and the bathtubs in the large public baths are not as comfortable as those in the private baths, the unique nostalgic atmosphere is also the hallmark of a hot spring hotel. To a guest downstairs: After a little research, I found out that there are no luxury hotels in the Beppu area. A slightly larger hotel can call itself a hotel. There are many such ”hotels” nearby. I stayed at the Tsuraya Hot Spring Hotel in Hokkaido for 4,000 yuan a night, and I always used a key to open the door. Even if the hotel does not meet the psychological expectations, you should complain after leaving the hotel instead of asking for a refund at the front desk before checking in. I believe that even in China, the hotel will not tolerate such unreasonable behavior. The person involved only exposed his upbringing. And the lack of common sense makes people laugh.

Very nice hotel with clean and relatively new facilities. I enjoyed sleeping there a lot. However I was very disappointed when I asked the receptionist for some informations, she directed me to the tourist centre. It’s usually a hotels staff job to give help me with basic information about the city. I wish they were more helpful!

The triple room I booked was pretty good. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is OK. It's a seven or eight minute walk from the JR station. The hot springs are OK and not crowded. We almost booked it once in the morning and once in the evening. There are free popsicles on the first floor and an elegant lounge. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The restaurant was on a high floor and the view was also good. Unfortunately, the dinner I booked was automatically abandoned without compensation because I arrived too late. Remember to arrive early if you have booked a meal at the hot spring hotel. There are hot springs everywhere in Beppu. The Hell Tour is worth going. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel

The hotel facilities are good, the hot spring scenery is super good, the service is also good, there is a Chinese front desk, but when I communicated with the Chinese front desk, the Japanese front desk waiter next to me looked at me with contempt, I don't know what he meant, maybe he likes to discriminate against foreign tourists. And there are too many people, the buffet restaurant is really messy, and the taste is average, the old meat stuck in my teeth made my teeth ache for a day. It is also inconvenient to choose a room when booking. There are 20 or 30 types of rooms for people to choose, and they are all machine translated. Overall, it's just so-so.
