I spent 1 night here , I was on an Explore tour. The views from this hotel are fantastic, I was on the 4th floor and had a great view from my bedroom. Breakfast is on the 7th floor , probably the most stunning view I have ever eaten Breakfast too. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Bed comfortable, shower good. The WiFi signal is strong and stable. Centrally located, there is a supermarket across the road. Breakfast was good. One of the better hotels I stayed in.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. We arrived late in the evening but Mateo on the front desk made sure we got a parking space across the street (we enquired about this when booking, so that may have helped). The rooms (incl bathroom) are clean, modern and spacious, the bed really comfy and all the staff very nice, friendly and helpful (with good English, which isn’t always the case in Albania). The breakfast (between 8 and 10am) consists of eggs, cocktail, sausages, tomatoes, cheese etc with breads and preserves and really does set you up for the day. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Great location and definitely the value for the price. The staff are very friendly and view from the restaurant and also the room (booked a view room) is stunning. In general it is difficult to get any vegan options in the country at any hotels such as oat milk etc. also espresso is extra cost at breakfast (this was the same everywhere in the country too). Overall a superb hotel!

Nice room. Even though on level 4 had a view of castle Lovely bathroom Had to make up our own bed Nice toiletries Breakfast typical Albanian. No toast. Grapes. Lovely doughnuts. Had cereal, some hot Well placed location Really good WiFi throughout Lift/elevator diabolical - barely holds 1 person plus their luggage

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during a recent visit. Well located in the centre of town and walking distance from most places. Friendly check in and large modern room with great view of the surrounding hills and river. Buffet breakfast on the top floor was good, with excellent views. Highly recommended!

For Albanian standards it is an even luxurious hotel, for Italian ones there would be some little things to improve, for example the shower without a door which floods the whole bathroom, the poor lighting, the poor breakfast (in terms of quality, not in quantity) but in short, for short stays it is more than fine, thanks also to the very efficient staff and the excellent location.
