Excellent location at the heart of the Bergamo old town. Easy to walk around the old town, the Piazza round the corner but still very quiet location. Comfortable bed. Toilet separate but private, which worked nicely. Excellent breakfast: perfectly crispy bacon, eggs, cheeses, ham and on top of everything also fresh berries. You can enjoy the breakfast outside in the lovely garden. Truly enjoyed our holiday for 4 nights.

Very nice place, friendly and helpful team. Very good breakfasts and great localization in the middle of the Old Town . Rooms and bathroom clean and nice. I 100% recommend this pleace . This is much more better choice then other places downtown

We had a terrific time at Palazzo Rivola. It's a beautiful property built in the 17th century with a lovely garden and wonderful staff and very conveniently situated in Citta Alta . We found our room very comfortable, not everyone will like the decor and antique furniture but we did, it's just a matter of personal taste. The owner Danielli told us all about his family home. Breakfast was really good, thank you Andreas and your colleague who we met on our last morning but didn't get her name. Giulia was really helpful on reception. We love it and would stay again without hesitation.

An amazing stay for our family. Great hosts, amazing historic building with excellent facilities in an amazing location near the main square in the old town. The Superior King Suite flexible layout worked very well for us allowing us to be together in the living area and kitchen but with the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were very friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough for us, making sure we had a great stay. They really care.

Second time staying here and everything was superb again!Lovely clean and specious accomodation with a great view and the perfect location!We loved the breakfast with absolutely excelent and friendly service too. Perfect start of the day exploring Cita Alta.There is only one place where to stay while in Bergamo for us :) Thank you!

Everything was perfect - the staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, fresh pastries, local cheeses... The biggest advantage is the location - a few meters away and you are on the square Piazza Vecchia, monuments, restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are available to the airport or the main station.

Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel, great location and super people. Sparkling clean, comfortable suite. Special thanks to Claudia and Andrea for adding so much to our visit every morning. Very quiet area and all highlighted sights were easily accessed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 1 night stay here in the family room. We loved the location in the Old Town and how the hotel was a mix of tradition and modern. Daniele was very good, we received a message in the morning letting us know our room was ready which was nice to know. We have 2 large rooms (34 and 34B) which a big communal area and modern bathroom. Check in was self service and very easy. Breakfast was a nice continental and the owners very nice and helpful. Location wise it was perfect. Look forward to returning one day

So lovely place with a wonderful atmosphere. It's a real old-style palazzo. This is not a generic standard hotel chain room that could be anywhere on the planet. Very quiet location, everything within walking distance in Bergamos' old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, automatic check-in, meaning no problem with late arrivals. Room cleaning every day so 100% fresh and clean. I will come back.
