Great Girl's Weekend
Three friends for a fun weekend getaway. Location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Communication was easy with the owner. I'd stay here again for sure!

Just Beautiful!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was beautifully decorated and well kept. Owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay again. It was the perfect setting to celebrate 25 years of friendship with my closet girlfriends.

This beautiful Victorian built in 1912 “The Brookside Manor” is located in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs within easy walking distance of all the town’s attractions. This marvelous turn of the century house boasts a rounded front porch and entryway. In the rear of the house there is a wonderful view of the brook that meanders through the town. There is a large “shared” brick patio overlooking the historic healing waters complete with outside dining area. This turn of the century house was completely restored between 2006 and 2008.
