What a treasure! The feel of a lovingly maintained bed and breakfast in an historic building, but the privacy of a hotel. Stephanie was friendly and helpful; I appreciated her efforts to make my stay pleasant. My room was perfectly enchanting with several artistic touches throughout. Very reasonably priced considering the attention to detail that characterised my stay. A wonderful gem in a very convenient location.

I love this place... it is quirky, comfortable and so central. Worth the visit... adds richness to a stay in Berlin. The rooms were all different, which added a special charm. The back 'hof' was comfortable and delightful for an afternoon cocktail.

I am staying at the hotel right now. I came with my wife and two daughters. After a long day- No hot water in the shower (it can happen..;( But no staff what so ever. Reception is closed. No room phone. No one to talk to. I guess I’ll be going to bed without the shower

Loved the friendly helpful staff whose English was excellent! The hotel itself is so charming with its 18th century decor in the rooms plus the building itself is old. Very easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, light rail, Museum Island - great location in east Berlin. If you don't stay here, you will really miss out on a charming boutique hotel experience. The outdoor garden was lovely and so peaceful to sit out there in the morning with coffee or in the evening. I can't say enough about this wonderful place!

Pros: Fabulous rooms which feel like they could easily belong to a much more expensive hotel, truly delightful little garden. Cons: sound insulation not brilliant so you’ll hear the clatter-bang of cleaners in the morning. Website booking system not intuitive or clear. Overall would still highly recommend.

I arrived earlier than expected, which was no problem at all. The staff at the reception was very friendly. i stayed in a apartment on the 5th floor, which was silent and clean. five stars for this one, i'll check out tomorrow and def will come back :-)

Sehr schöne Zimmer, Süsser kleiner Garten. Sehr leckeres Frühstück im Café Nomad direkt nebenan. Wir haben á La carte gegessen. 3 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ein phantastisches Kleinod in toller, sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in Berlin. Zu den vielfach beschriebenen Zimmern, die in perfektem Zustand sind, dem gemütlichen Innenhof und der liebevollen Dekoration, zählt die ungezwungene und persönliche Gastlichkeit zu den bemerkenswerten Erfahrungen in diesem Haus. Tip: Fahrräder im Hotel leihen und die gesamten Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Die Radwege auf den Strassen und im Tiergarten sind super! 6 von 5 Sternen für die Menschen, die hier arbeiten und den Aufenthalt so schön machen!! Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder und wieder!
