My stay at this hotel was not good. Many problems happened, and staff did not help properly.
We arrived early at 11 AM. Staff told us to wait until 3 PM for check-in. We waited, but at 3 PM, room still not ready. When we asked, they said, “We check with housekeeping,” but nobody came back for 15 minutes. We asked again, then they gave us a room. But air conditioning in room was broken and toilet was not cleaned. We had to ask for another room again. Very tiring.
The new room was okay, but this wasted our time. After all waiting, we felt unhappy.
At checkout time, there was more confusion. I already asked for late checkout and they approved. But at the day, staff forgot. They said I must leave early. Housekeeping people kept knocking on door many times, telling us to “go to reception and confirm.” But reception already approved before! Why ask again? It felt stressful.

The hotel reception area seemed busy and crowded but the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Great location within walking distance to top tourist attractions such as Checkpoints Charlie, Topography of Terror. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by the hotel. The mall of Berlin is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. Good public transport link outside the hotel metro station and bus stops.
The room is modern and spacious which is fitted for us a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The toilet and bathroom are separated saved us time queuing for toilet / shower. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower cube👍 but there was a lack of body lotion in the bottle that supplied by the hotel. Half of time we were not sure if the air conditioning was working!
Overall we enjoyed our time in our stay.

The breakfast was good however the room description was not corresponding to the real room condition. I booked a room with three separate beds and I received a room only with two, when I asked the receptionist he said that they don’t have a room with three beds available

My stay at this hotel was great. It was clean and comfortable to sleep in. It is near shops, the Christmas market, and public transport. 10/10

The cleanliness in the room is poor. The cups are dirty with a lot of stains. The toilet smells horrible, smells like a public toilet in Europe.

It was very comfortable stay at this hotel. Location is quite good, near to many restaurants, grossery stores. Rooms are spacious. I noticed some annoying alarm sound in the room which I reported to reception and they said they will look into it. It was mild sound.

Perfect stay in a big space with perfect location - bed was a bit on the soft side tho, but no complaints as this is based on personal preference.
Overall a great stay!
