The service is very good, the room facilities are not many, generally clean (there are some stains or something that are not cleaned up). It is suitable for a travel option to spend a night, after all, it is cheap.

The hotel advertises itself as IBIS Potsdamerplatz, but it has absolutely nothing to do with that. About 1200m away, so closer to Checkpoint Charlie than Potsdamer Platz. That was annoying because I had a serious accident injury and had to really struggle to walk the 1200m with my luggage.
The hotel staff can't do anything about that. They were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are simple. It's just a "budget" hotel. But everything was OK.
The breakfast is inexpensive and delicious, but not particularly extensive. Reasonable for the price.
The S-Bahn is easy to get from the hotel and everywhere. Just Berlin.

The dry and wet separation is very thorough, but the only thing is that it is inconvenient without a hair dryer. The environment is clean and tidy, suitable for stopping and taking a rest. Overall, it’s not bad!

The hotel is very basic. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeaks all night. The room is tiny bit clean. There is hardly a working space for the business traveler. Staff is ok but not the most hospitable. Hotel location is great though for visiting historic part of Berlin.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 teens…it is a budget hotel and we got it for an even better rate when we booked on the Accor website. I couldn’t fault it.. the beds were excellent, it was a small bit noisy at night so if you are a light sleeper maybe check out the room options. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and very amenable to us checking in a small bit earlier and leaving our luggage on the day we left. The rooms are small and you wouldn’t really hang out there but for a hotel in the city centre when you are in Berlin to sightsee and have two hanger ons (teens) who don’t pay their own way, I can only give it 5 stars

It was the day of the euros final. This hotel is probably only charging €40 per night but due to this they decide to put the price up. To increase it to over €200 is way too much. The staff were good and got us to our room. The room was the last line of what I call basic. The bed was adequate. The shower, the toilet and the sink were separated and that is just very weird. It also kind of reduces privacy. The staff let us use the luggage room for free which is very useful if you want to go sightseeing in berlin after checkout. Overall, this is a basic hotel and for €40 per night I would consider it to be worth it. Despite there being that game it should never be anywhere near €200. That factor makes the review a 2 rather than a 3. For what we payed it was not worth it.
