Location top! Very close to Ku'Damm and public transport. Mattresses good, pillows okay. Cleanliness poor. A lot of dust and bathroom is not cleaned thoroughly. Leftover toothpaste in sink, hairs on tiles, water spots on mirror for days. Spotlight at the room entrance not working; room change was offered. Staying for 10 days so packing everything and moving was not an option, but learning that the technician is back first on Monday although the weekends are most busy was interesting. Dead insects on the floor at window at arrival and not cleaned for days. Next time Upper West again!

Very conveniently located and great trendy decoration. Breakfast is sufficient. Lack of water in room and no water cooler when it’s hot isn’t great. Despite closeness to trains room was really quiet and air con was excellent. Would stay again.

I have stayed in Motel One several times across Europe and this is a Motel One that simply offers the usual quality. The room was large with lots of storage space and super clean, as always. All the staff are very friendly, so you feel at home. The location of the hotel is great. There are loads of restaurants on Kantstrasse. Kurfürstendamm is just a few steps away, as is Bahnhof Zoo. So it is extremely conveniently located. The S-Bahn runs right in front of the hotel. My room on the 2nd floor was right at the level of the S-Bahn, and you could look straight at my bed from the S-Bahn hahaha (I tested it :)):):)) It didn't bother me, especially because you can't hear anything or feel any vibrations through the double windows. But because I like to sleep with the window open in the summer, no room might be for me in the summer. But otherwise everything was perfect and if I'm in Berlin again, I'd happily stay at this Motel One again.

We stayed at the Motel one Kurfürstendamm for the second time. This time we stayed longer, which is why a family room is worth it (larger, more storage space). All the staff are very friendly, so you feel comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. There are lots of restaurants on Kantstrasse. The Kurfürstendamm is just a few steps away, as is Bahnhof Zoo. So it is extremely conveniently located. Of course, you can't expect to stay in a quiet environment. The S-Bahn runs right in front of the hotel. That didn't bother us, we actually found it quite "funny". And you hardly hear anything through the double, floor-to-ceiling windows. This hotel is highly recommended for exploring Berlin. We would be happy to come back.
