The hotel is in a good location, with a tram station right in front of the hotel. However, the room was not quite cool enough, probably due to the summer heat wave.

The staff weren’t the most helpful but the hotel is located in an easily accessible area and has modern clean rooms.

Nice Hotel, located in the east of Berlin. Bed was comfy, room was quiet, so good conditions for a relaxed stay. If you want to see things in central or western parts of berlin, keep in mind, that you need some time. Hotel is good connected to public transport.

Good location with immediate access to public transport (trams and S-bahn). The room was spacious, had large bathroom with a bath tub and shower. However, the shower was hard to enjoy due to water temperature constantly changing within a quite wide range. Beware during heat waves! The air conditioner was barely doing its job: the room on the top floor turned into mild sauna on a sunny summer day. The a/c in the room I moved to was similarly useless, but thanks to windows facing another side and more floors above that room was better to stay in. Great breakfast with a variety of food.

Very good for tourists, Beautiful hotel, city Centre, very accessible to trams and trains.
