No shower water no hot water and miserable stay. Don’t stay here. Horrible. There was no empathy for our inconvenience. The bed we had was noisy and small for a queen size bed. Double possibly and smallest room you hope you don’t have be confined in. Staffing was utterly horrible. What can say is not to stay here anywhere else would be better. I’m 71 and was told they don’t have help even though both ladies were much younger than me but I was told I had to carry my own belongings to the third floor. My husband is 83 and they can’t help us. Only thing I can say is it is in Centro but I can’t imagine having a restaurant and rooms around it. There’s no chance there’s tranquility. We were lucky in one instance and that is the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and we were there on Tuesday

La expectativa que teníamos del hotel se cayó desde que llegamos. El estacionamiento a más de 100 metros de distancia y sin valet parking. No hay personal que ayude con el equipaje. La cama y la televisión, MALÍSIMAS. Tratamos de desayunar al siguiente día en el restaurante Arrayanes y resultó que estaba "cerrado por un evento privado"... RIDÍCULO! Un hotel vende SERVICIOS, y tuvimos todo menos una buena experiencia. No regreso más.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel una noche porque su restaurante nos encanta, sin duda es el mejor restaurante de Bernal. Los dueños son super atentos y cordiales. Disfrutamos la habitación con jacuzzi. El precio de la habitación es un poco alto pero teniamos muchas ganas de hospedarnos ahí.

Pasé una noche en el Pueblo de Bernal y este pequeño hotel está cuidado tanto por el personal que ahí trabaja, así como por sus dueños directamente. Excelentes anfitriones, una comida espectacular para salir de la clásica gastronomía de Bernal y una apacible noche. Estacionamiento a pocos paso. Sin duda, una gran recomendación!

Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras, las camas bastante cómodas y espaciosas, el baño es un poco pequeño pero bastante funcional, pero dejando ese detalle de lado, el lugar en general está muy hermoso, la decoración está mayormente compuesta por distintos tipos de plantas, las cuales quedan muy bien con la estética de este hotel.
