Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, großes Zimmer (Zimmer-Nr.2) sehr gute Klimaanlage. Frühstück - ja das Frühstück war wirlich fabelhaft und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. das war 4-Sterne-Niveau. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 10 Minuten um auf der anderen Seite der Saale zum Markt zu kommen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Bernburg. Man hat quasi das Wichtigste in Bernburg fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Jedoch war bei unserem Zimmer die Benutzung "Doppelbett" nur via Fußende möglich. Wie gut, dass ich mich mit meinem Kollegen wirklich gut verstehe. Dennoch gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man im Bett liegt und alles ringsherum nur Wand ist, ausgenommen am Fußende. Der Check-In sollte von der Chefetage genauer betrachtet werden. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war doch sehr genervt, kam überarbeitet herüber und dadurch fehlte es an Freundlichkeit. Beim Frühstücksbuffet die gleiche Mitarbeiterin schnippisch und unfreundlich, tlw. abstoßend, was sogleich von der sehr zuvorkommenden und überaus freundlichen, mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen: "Guten Morgen! Was darf ich Ihnen bringen?" - Ihrer Kollegin aufgefangen wurde. Leider sind alle Parkplätze nur Anwohnerparkplätze oder für eine max. Parkdauer mit Parkschein auf 2 Stunden ausgelegt, wobei 20 Cent für 20 Minuten ein guter Preis ist.

Wir haben von Freitag bis Sonntag auf Grund einer Hochzeit im Sl´otel Parforcehaus genächtigt... Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und originell eingerichtet. Leider fehlen die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. So hatten wir viele "Besucher" und die Regenrinne im 2 OG ist defekt. Das Frühstück ist klein aber oho. Es wird ständig nachgelegt und es fehlt an nix...naja...vllt. gebratenem Speck...aber es war großartig. Während der Hochzeitsfeier ist die Bedienung echt auf Trapp gewesen. Schnell abgeräumt und keiner musste lange warten. Da wir morgens, vor Küchenbeginn, abgereist sind, haben wir ohne Probleme ein wirklich gutes Frühstückspaket bekommen... (10 Sterne). Einzig die Preise im Restaurant waren überteuert. Man sollte wenigstens satt werden :( Geschmacklich hervorragend!!! Auch die Bedienung sehr nett und fleißig. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel und für Feiern bestens geeignet.
