Counter staffs are very helpful, helped us arranged a 3rd room on the same floor and gave us free upgrade for the 1st 2 rooms. Rooms are spacious on the 5th floor. Buffet breakfast acceptable, can see staffs topping up food regularly. Carpark is quite a distance away and costly, cost us almost 50 euros for 2 days but hotel allows car to be parked in front for loading/unloading up to 15mins and also 17% discount provided. Right next to supermarket ๐
