Reservation made by email in January for August, requesting a balcony, but disappointed we had a room overlooking the road and the terrace without a balcony, execrable heat even when opening the windows bathroom not very clean traces of water on the shower doors Evening meal good nothing more morning we saw one of the bosses we told him of our dissatisfaction, he replied that we had to make a request by email!
