The only really nice thing about this hotel is the setting. When I booked this hotel and looked at all the photos, I had something else in mind than the hotel I ended up at. Do not get tricked by stars, price and photos at booking sites. It might have all been luxurious 50 years ago. Since then nothing much happened. Although we asked for a modern room, we were given a room far from modern. The carpet was stained. The room stinky. The door to the patio old and used. The bathroom with mold on the ceiling and amenities old and broken...The breakfast (so many people mention it in reviews) was good, but do not expect any breakfast service there. Most of the employees walk around like they have started working yesterday and have no clue how to act. One man, on the other hand, runs around so stressed, you start to eat faster and want to leave asap. We reserved a table for the evening at the restaurant. My husband confirmed more than once which table it was...and when we arrived it was already gone. The housekeeping never renewed our coffee supply ("coffee supply" means two coffee tabs). The phone in the room was not working and the front desk was neither surprised nor helpful. As I am writing, I am still sitting here in one of the rooms and cannot believe I pay more than 200 euros for one night. Aaa, did I mentioned cockraches? We already killed two. Of course, we are in nature. But come on! Such. A. Disappointment. I was aiming for special outing with my family, something to spoil ourselves. And here we are, arriving at "spoilt" place.

The hotel was good. We liked out room. The breakfast was excellent lots of choices.. The location was fantastic but the staff in the restaurant (not the breakfast staff)especially the manager was arrogant and dismissive because I think we were British. We ended up leaving because of the lack of service which overall spoilt our last night of our holiday.

4mal angerufen, keiner geht ans Telephon. 5mal Email geschickt, keine Antwort. Frühstück 200 Gäste, nur eine Kaffemaschine. Schlange 30 Min. Essensqualität ok., aber völlig überteuert. Zimmer ok., aber völlig überteuert. Mitarbeiter sehr nett, aber die Hälfte kann kein Deutsch. Lage, Lage, Lage toll am Seeufer.

Die Zimmer unsauber...abgewohnt. Das Bett knarzt wie ne alte Hütte und die Kissen unbequem und laut. Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, gut wenn man überhaupt verstanden wird. Das Essen,(außer das Frühstück...) schlecht...Eimersalate und Tütensoßenpampe.Fleisch so hart wie ne Schuhsohle.

Der Charme der 70ziger Jahre und die abgewöhnen renovierungsbedürftig Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem heutigen Standard und sind den Preis nicht wert. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Wofür man natürlich nichts kann. Der sogenannte Seezugang verläuft über einen öffentlichen Weg. Auch gibt es keinen normalen Zugang, sondern kleine "trampelpfade" in den See. Hier kann natürlich jede x-beliebige Person reingehen. Die Liegewiesen ist schön, bei schönwetter zu wenig Liegen. Service bemüht. Zimmerreinigung bemüht. Man muss allerdings auch sagen: Es ist bedauerlicherweise kein schönes Hotelzimmer am See zu finden. Service wird mit Personalmangel erklärt. Also Standard - wie überall!

Das Zimmer war zwar gross, aber dermassen ungemütlich und altbacken Alles wirkt sehr abgewohnt und altbacken. Die Zeit ist hier stehen geblieben. Wer hat heute noch Rattanmöbel und Bahnhofsuhren? Das Frühstück ist gut, das Abendessen weniger. Geschmacksneutral und wenig kreativ. In meinem Badezimmer war eine grosse Lampe mit vielen toten Fliegen. Ich habe es an der Rezeption reklamiert und es wurde ignoriert. Auch beim zweiten Mal nicht. Das nenne ich Service!
