Very quiet and safe neighborhood. You'll only be a few miles from snowmobile trails, ski hills, Lake Superior and other area attractions including hunting, fishing, UTV/ATV riding, taking in the 4 seasons, Copper Peak, local falls, rivers, the Iron Belle Trail system, and many more gems. Plenty of parking for boats, snowmobiles, ATVs, trailers. Come stay and play in the scenic northwoods! Nice big private yard, very well maintained. Recently added horse shoe pits and propane grill. Portable ac units, ceiling fans and portable fans for the hot days. Also recently added under cabinet lighting, a dishwasher and additional smart TV in the queen bedroom.
