Don't use room freezer beer bottles , hotel charging very high. "Hotel management & staff are extorting money from customers in the name of mini bar." Breezer 275ML charged - 260 rupees Kingfisher pint charged - 160 rates are 3 times extra than others

Overall the experience of the stay was good barring a few issues. The good things - - Rooms - Location - Food - Value for Money - Clean Things to work on- - Service - Pool Timings (Different from what was promised) The resort was in-between renovations which I believe was for the peak season.

- the hotel is very budget-friendly - please don't take breakfast as a part of the package their food is very good but somehow bf is yakks. - The rooms were good housekeeping staff was a little like you only get one towel at a time plus no hand towel in the hotel little surprising but manageable. - their room service food is amazing Overall it is a good property but for sure can be improved.

I recently had the privilege of staying at Alagoa Resort for the second time, and this visit was even more delightful. From the front desk to the staff, everyone was a joy to talk to and very helpful throughout our stay. The stay was so good that we extended it for a few more days. The food was delicious, and the restaurant/bar staff was brilliant as well. My special thanks to Miguel Fernandez, GM of Alagoa Resort—an absolute gem of a person. If you're looking for a calm and peaceful place, you won't find a better place to stay in South Goa. I'd definitely recommend this property. I cannot wait to visit again.

Eco huts are big in size and clean. AC works well. Toiletries, clean towels and 500ml water bottle, mini bar. No complaints there. Table tennis and pool table. 400m to betalbatim beach. Paper thin walls, the neighbours TV was on non stop. The resort itself is super noisy with karaoke. Big ant problem. And the worst of all dirty swimming pool with fully dressed people eating and drinking inside. Breakfast was good, however mostly Indian apart from eggs. Could have been a good deal if the swimming pool had been usable and the noise level controlled.

We returned to Alagoa after 25 years and stayed in the cottages in the lush gardens. The food was great in the restaurant and especially one staff member, Peter, couldn’t do enough for us, very pleasant and helpful in every way. In the afternoons the music in the restaurant, by the pool was turned up , I’m not sure for whom? Maybe the large groups of Indian male tourists (company dos). We asked the staff to turn it down if it was only us around, which they did , but it soon was restored . It is a bit odd to us, who come to relax and enjoy the nature, food and Indian cuisine and culture to listen to full blast of American pop covers . We spent the days at the lovely beach nearby , and the music certainly kept us away from laying by the pool as we otherwise would have done when the beach got too hot. But the cottages were quiet and had a lovely veranda with seating which were good at the heat of the day.

We were 20 people staying at the resort. The pool area and cottages are very pleasant but the rooms are situated at a 100 step walk away from the actual resort. The staff is very compeetent and courteous. The north india food is below average. Multicuisines are better. Mr milagres is the restaurant manager. He is an absolute gem. Works tirelessly , gives personal attemtion to each table. The cocktails are must try. The table tenis and pool tables are out of order sadly. Overall its a budget friendly place with nice staff.

It's a very good experience with Ala Goa , perticular simran and house keeping manager Thio and his team is very good and keep rooms clean. Simran in resiopson is excellent co operative and very good neture
