The hotel is a good hotel in terms of the rooms' conditions and facilities, its location outside of the city, and being a quiet place. The problem we had during our stay was basically the lack of service during dinner and breakfast. It does not make any sense to nominate one worker attending so many people. In both cases, only one person had to plenty of people, so the time waiting was incredibly long. This issue must be addressed, and the hotel's management have to employ more workers in the peak hours.
