My room was cozy, beautifully restored, and thoughtfully designed with traditional touches. It struck a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot. The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable. And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Nabil surprised us with a small gift at checkout — a token of appreciation that perfectly captured the spirit of generosity and hospitality that defines Dar Sitti Aziza. I'm so sorry we only stayed for one night! Nabil greeted us outside and led us into his beautifully restored family home. We were his only guests and he could not have been more welcoming. Our room was lovely, and Nabil drove us to a restaurant in Beit Sahour (via Banksy's murals), picked us up afterwards, and even treated us to knafeh on the way home. And then...the legendary breakfast, eaten on the terrace. The range of home-made preserves was astonishing, and the eggs (cooked to his mother's secret recipe) were absolutely delicious. We thoroughly recommend a stay at Dar Sitti Aziza.

We spent one night in this excellent hotel, very conveniently located at 50 metres from the Nativity basilisk and the grotto. We were welcomed so warmly by the owner, Nabil, who made us feel like being hosted by a good friend, accompanying us to visit several locations in the city and explaining us the Palestinian history. Boutique style hotel, in a very well refurbished old charming typical house. Unforgettable breakfast prepared with love and offered with pride by Nabil and his kind assistant.

Made to feel really welcome, host was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing, smoked eggs, homemade jams and lots of choice. The room was clean with very nice cotton bed linen. Bed super comfortable. Nice shower with lots of hot water. Highly recommended if you are visiting Bethlehem. Super close to the church of Nativity.

He made sure we enjoyed our stay and connected us with tour guides to take us around the cities close to Bethlehem without any issues.
